は今日は無し、またってことで。
築地の中卸さんに"四方竹は売ってますか”と聞いてみた、売ってますよ とのこと。
昼頃到着できるよう出掛けました。
１ｋｇ １，８００円 出回り始めだそうな。 
８００ｇ買ってきた 炒め物や煮物を作ろう 
四方竹が出回らないかぁ～と 待ち受けておりまして、この時期の楽しみなんです 
春の竹の子も良いけど 秋の四方竹、旬の味 
I've obtained Shiho-chiku (square shaped bamboo, product in Kochi pref.) which is on the market in early autumn, like early and late in October.
The way of cooking; boil with shoyu (soy sauce), sugar, dashi & milin, and also you can enjoy that fry with cutting chicken, add salt & black (or white) pepper, or soy sauce instead.
I love cooked crispy bamboo so much !
