あそこは会社は右だけど、特派員はリベラルで面白い
人が多いそうですね。

High-profile Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue will soon take up a new post as ambassador to Belgium, in what diplomatic sources say is an effort to help forge closer ties with Europe.
Her appointment coincides with Beijing's decision to separate its missions to Belgium and the European Union, which both shared the same headquarters in the Belgian capital, Brussels.
Adapting to warming Sino-European ties, the Foreign Ministry renamed its West Europe Department as the Department of European Affairs in July. The name change and the subsequent separation of the two missions suggested this was more than a response to the expansion of the European Union, the official explanation given by Ms Zhang at the announcement of her posting, a diplomatic source said.
"China and Europe are drawing closer. There is more communication and more co-operation between the two sides. It is understandable that the size of the missions in terms of the number of staff is no longer able to meet the demand," the source said.
Reflecting a major shift in China's foreign policy to seek a balance between the United States and Europe, the country's three top leaders - President Hu Jintao , Premier Wen Jiabao and National People's Congress Chairman Wu Bangguo - all visited Europe between May and June.
The daughter of a diplomat, 45-year-old Ms Zhang's career closely resembles that of her father, Zhang Shu .
Mr Zhang was named ambassador to Belgium and Luxemburg and head of the mission to the then European Community in Brussels 21 years ago after serving as counsellor for political affairs in China's mission to the United Nations in the early 1970s. Ms Zhang filled the same post in New York between 1995 and 1998.
Mr Zhang also served as ambassador to Tokyo between 1985 and 1988 before becoming president of the China Foreign Affairs University.
Ms Zhang was chosen as one of four mainland children to study English in New York in a three-year pilot scheme when she was 14. After graduating from the Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1983, Ms Zhang started her diplomatic career as a UN interpreter in New York and then in Geneva.
In 1998, she was named the ministry's spokeswoman and deputy director of its Information Department.
Ms Zhang has been in the limelight as one of China's best-known faces around the world for five years, presiding over regular press briefings and accompanying top leaders on tours around the world.
But assuming the new ambassadorial post will also mean more personal sacrifice. She will have to leave behind her husband - another senior diplomat, Liu Jieyi , director of the ministry's Department of Arms Control - and their 16-year-old son.
