In Ukraine, a number of high-ranking government officials resigned again on January 24th. "They" were dismissed for corruption, including bribery.

It is beyond common sense that Ukraine would be rife with corruption "in the midst of a war with Russia". Yoichi Masuzoe, a scholar of international politics, points out.

ウクライナでは、またも1月24日、多数の政府高官が辞任した。「彼ら」は贈収賄などの汚職が原因で解任されたのである。

ウクライナで、「ロシアとの戦争の最中」に汚職がはびこるということは、常識では考えられないことである。国際政治学者舛添 要一氏が指摘する。

ウクライナ汚職：まずは、大統領府のキリロ・ティモシェンコ副長官である。彼は、高価なスポーツ用多目的車（SUV）を複数台所有していると非難されていた。

ウクライナ汚職：これらの車はアメリカの自動車メーカーが住民避難用に、ウクライナに提供したものである。

ウクライナ汚職：次に、ヴャチェスラフ・シャポヴァロフ国防副大臣は、軍用食料品を小売価格よりも高値で調達していたという。

ウクライナ汚職：無名の食品会社だっただけに、収賄が疑われている。オレクシイ・レズニコフ国防相も同じことを疑われている。

ウクライナ汚職：オレクシイ・シモネンコ副検事総長も解任された。

ウクライナ汚職：正月にスペインで10日間の休暇を家族とともに過ごしていたという。成人男性の出国が厳しく制限される中での出来事である。

ウクライナ汚職：その他にも、地域開発・領土副大臣のイワン・ルケリヤとヴャチェスラフ・ネゴダ、社会政策副大臣のヴィタリー・ムジチェンコ、

ウクライナ汚職：さらにはドニプロペトロウシク、ザポリージャ、キーウ、スーミ、ヘルソン5州の知事が解任されている。

ウクライナ汚職：汚職が経済を低迷させ、ウクライナをヨーロッパの最貧国としたのである。

ウクライナ汚職：ウクライナ戦争はオリガルヒの所有する資産を激減させた。たとえば「アフメトフ」は、資産を開戦前の3分の1にまで減らしているという。

ウクライナ汚職：この戦争中でも汚職が止まない。バイデン大統領の息子もウクライナ利権に絡むと言われている。これが戦争の原因か？

ウクライナ汚職：オバマ政権のときにバイデンは副大統領であったが、息子のハンターとともにウクライナ利権に深く関わっていたのではないかと疑われている。

ウクライナ汚職：「バイデン大統領の息子のハンター」は、2014年にウクライナのガス企業ブリマスの幹部に就任した。

ウクライナ汚職：「ハンターバイデン事件」この企業は検察の捜査を回避するために裏金を使ったという不正疑惑が明らかになっている。

ウクライナ汚職：「ハンターバイデン事件」2020年10月、米議会上院は、この件について「利益相反の疑いがある」という報告書をまとめた。

クライナ汚職：「ハンターバイデン事件」中間選挙後の下院は共和党が多数派となったので、この件が蒸し返される。

ウクライナ汚職：対ウクライナ支援の財源は、西側諸国の国民の血税である。

ウクライナ汚職：ウクライナ戦争で光熱費や食料品価格など、諸物価が高騰し、国民は苦しい生活を強いられている。西側の国民は理解できない。

ウクライナ汚職：西側諸国の国民は苦しい生活を強いられているが、支援の裏側で、それが一部の者の私腹を肥やすために使われた。

ウクライナ汚職：西側諸国の国民が「怒り心頭」に発するのは当然である。「ウクライナ疲れ」どころ、の話ではない。

ウクライナ汚職：武器支援にしても、背後で贈収賄が行われている「可能性がある」のである。

ウクライナ汚職：バイデン大統領も、ウクライナの腐敗など「無意識」である。きっと、何かがある。

ウクライナ汚職：ロシアとウクライナ、それは「狸と狐の化かし合い」である。

ウクライナ汚職：ナイーブに狐（ウクライナ）の言うことのみを100％信じる日本人は情けない。なぜウクライナを支援するのか？

ウクライナ汚職：ウクライナでは、前政権が汚職を一掃できなかった経緯があり、「だからこそ国民は政界としがらみのないゼレンスキー氏を大統領に選んだ。しかし、

ウクライナ汚職：（ICIJ）は、ゼレンスキー大統領らがタックスヘイブン（租税回避地）を利用した取引にかかわっていたと報告。だから彼は戦争を急いだようだ。

ウクライナ汚職：ゼレンスキーがその資産を海外の銀行口座（ドイツの銀行のコスタリカ支店）や脱税（パンドラ文書）で、不正に蓄財していたのは事実。

ウクライナ汚職：ゼレンスキーは大統領就任からの２年間で、かなりの金額を懐に入れている。

ウクライナ汚職：ゼレンスキーは現在も、各国から支援金がウクライナに届いているが、そのピンハネ疑惑もある。

ウクライナ汚職：ウクライナでは、「ゼレンスキーの党」以外は活動禁止 逮捕 処刑。ゼレンスキーに批判的なTV局は放映禁止。

ウクライナ汚職：ゼレンスキーは公約の全て破り戦争の要因を作る。約1000億の汚職。我々の税金を返せ

ウクライナ汚職：ゼレンスキーは「ミンスク合意」を破棄して「戦争」で領土を奪い返すことを「選挙公約」して大統領はになった。

ウクライナ汚職：ロシアはこのようない違反行為を絶対に許してはいけない。そうでなければ、世界の平和は絶対にありえないからです。

ウクライナ汚職：このようなことから、ゼレンスキー支援する「西側諸国の首脳」の「正義」が疑われている。

ウクライナ汚職：ロシアは「ウクライナ戦争」に勝利して、「民主主義」のルールを「彼ら」に守らせるべきです。
