「ＮＡＴＯ」諸国の首脳は、ロシアが「核兵器」を使用すると「騒ぐ」が、「国民に避難」の説明など一切しない。無責任な話だ。欧米の市民は「納得」しているのかな。

各国政府はウクライナに武器を供給するより、すべての国民が避難できる「核シェルター」を建設するべきだ。

ウクライナはソ連時代に、「西側からの攻撃」に備えて「シェルター」が装備されている。彼らは幸せだ。

西側諸国の多くは「地下鉄」に避難するしかない。しかし「地下鉄」のない地域がほとんどです。しかし「地下鉄」が「核シェルター」になるのかな。

西側諸国は、最初に、「核シェルター」を作ってから戦争をするべきです。各国はウクライナへの武器支援よりも、自国の「核シェルター」の建設に税金を使うべきです。

西側諸国は「自国の核シェルター」の建設が終わるまで、「ウクライナ戦争」を「休止」するべきです。

個人の「核シェルター」は意味がない。「核や空爆」の攻撃は、いつ、どこであるかわからない。学校、職場、旅行先など、どこにでも「核シェルター」があるべきです。

一番安全な方法は「戦争の回避」です。国連憲章を守ることです。「ゼレンスキーや西側の首脳」は、領土問題解決は「戦争」では解決しないことを知るべきです。

だから、ロシアはウクライナ戦争に、絶対に勝利をする必要があります。領土問題が戦争で「結着」がつけば、地球上のあらゆる地域で戦争が発生する。

日本は「北方領土問題」でロシアと協議をしています。ゼレンスキーは、「日本は、ロシアと戦争して領土を奪い返すべきだ」と日本を「洗脳」するが「賛同する日本人」は、いません。

アメリカがウクライナに「支援」することは、「自由と民主主義」の教育です。二度と「領土」を戦争で「取り戻す」と言わないように、アメリカはウクライナ人を教育をするべきです。

マクロン大統領はフランスのスローガンである「自由・平等・友愛（Liberte Egalite Fra-ternite　）をNATOの加盟国に教育するべきです。

ロシアは「戦争を誘引する国々」とは関係を断つべきです。ロシアはウクライナとの国境は「ウクライナとの国境の壁」を建設するべきです。

プーチンは「ウクライナとの国境の壁」の建設は「トランプ氏」より助言を受けるべきです。「国境の壁」はロシアとアメリカの共通の話題になり、二国は親密になると思います。

ロシアは欧州を捨てて、「アフリカ・南米など」の「南半球の国々」との交易を活発にするべきです。最低限の「欧州との交易」はイタリアを介在することを勧めます。
