In Europe in particular, nuclear reactors are increasingly forced to shut down because they are unable to secure the cold cooling water they need to operate. Under these circumstances, there is a need for ``technological evolution'' of nuclear power plants in anticipation of global warming.

The cold waters of the Rhône River flow from southern France to the Mediterranean coast, and often to nuclear reactors. Since the 1970s, the Rhone and its tributaries have provided about a quarter of France's nuclear energy.

And with the drought already causing river levels to drop, the Rhône's water temperature was too high to serve as cooling water for the nuclear power plant.

Water that is hot enough to kill aquatic life cannot be used to cool a nuclear reactor unless it is cooled further downstream.

For example, in the case of a nuclear power plant with a capacity of 1 million kW, approximately 2 million kW of energy will be dumped into the ocean, and this energy will raise the temperature of 70 tons of seawater by 7 degrees Celsius per second.

The hot wastewater from nuclear power plants is equivalent to warming the water in all of Japan's rivers by about 2 degrees Celsius, and it would be strange if this did not cause global warming.

Japan Meteorological Agency: The ocean has areas that absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and areas that release carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Furthermore, the sea area and the amount of absorption and release vary greatly depending on the season and year.

It is predicted that as global warming progresses in the future, the ocean's ability to absorb carbon dioxide will decline, and in order to capture such changes, it is important to constantly monitor the ocean's absorption and release of carbon dioxide. .

For example, as water temperature increases, the solubility of carbon dioxide in water decreases. The undissolved carbon dioxide increases the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in surface seawater.

米国の元副大統領ゴアが『不都合な真実』を発表してからは特に、二酸化炭素のみが注目される傾向があります。私は、温暖化の原因は「軽水炉型原発」の「温排水」にも、あると思います。

「高温の気象」で「原子炉」を「冷やせない」！ 「地球温暖化の影響」が原発の稼働にも及び始めた。私はこの現象は原発の「温排水」の排出による「ブーメラン」だと思います。

特に欧州では原子炉の稼働に必要な冷たい冷却水を確保できず、稼働を停止せざるをえないことが増えたのだ。こうしたなか、温暖化を見据えた原発の「技術的な進化」が求められている。

南仏から地中海沿岸へと流れるローヌ川の冷たい水、そして多くは原子炉へと向かう。1970年代以降、ローヌ川とその支流はフランスの原子力エネルギーの約4分の1を支えている。

そして干ばつで、すでに川の水位が下がっていたこともあり、ローヌ川の水温は原発の冷却水の役目を果たすには高くなりすぎていた。

水生生物が死んでしまうほど「熱い水」は、さらに下流へと流して冷やさない限り、原子炉の冷却に使うことは不可能なのである。

たとえば、100万kWと呼ばれる原子力発電所の場合、約200万kW分のエネルギーを海に捨てることになり、このエネルギーは1秒間に70tの海水の温度を7℃上昇させる。

原発の温廃水は、日本のすべての川の水の温度を約2℃温かくすることに匹敵し、これで温暖化しなければ、その方がおかしい。

日本の気象庁：海洋には大気から二酸化炭素を吸収する海域と、大気に二酸化炭素を放出する海域が存在します。また、季節や年によって、その海域や吸収・放出量は大きく変動しています。

将来、地球温暖化が進行すると、海洋の二酸化炭素の吸収能力が低下すると予測されており、このような変動をとらえるためには、海洋による二酸化炭素の吸収・放出を常に監視することが重要です。

表面海水中の二酸化炭素の分圧が「大気よりも高い」と海洋は大気へ二酸化炭素を放出します。逆に表面海水中の二酸化炭素の分圧が「大気よりも低い」と海洋は、大気から二酸化炭素を吸収します。

例えば、水温が高くなると、二酸化炭素の水に対する溶解度が減少します。溶けきれなくなった二酸化炭素は表面海水中の二酸化炭素分圧を高くします。

「極論」で言います。原発の温排水が水温を上昇させる。海水温が上昇すると、「海水」から「二酸化炭素」が「空気中に放出」される。そして二酸化炭素が「温暖化」の原因になる。

フランスおよびマクロン大統領は原発の推進派です。私はフランスに「軽水炉型原発」の温排水が地球温暖化の原因にはなっていないことを、科学的な調査で実証して欲しい。

私は、原発の推進派です。しかし温排水を排出する「軽水炉型の原発」は廃止するべきであると主張しています。私は原発の冷却に「水」を使わない「高温ガス炉型原発」を推進するべきだと主張します。

中国は「高温ガス炉型原発」の商業稼働を始めました。西側諸国は共同で「高温ガス炉型原発」を急いで「開発」するべきです。マクロン大統領は世界をリードするべきです。
