The United States staged a coup in Bolivia to seize lithium resources. The United States needs Bolivia's national treasure, lithium. The Biden administration succeeded in Ukraine, but failed in Bolivia!

The United States incites "protest sentiment" in Bolivia. All "Bolivia's continental neighbors" except the United States condemned the attempted coup. Washington closely watched the situation in Bolivia and kept calm. (Laughter)

米国はリチウム資源を奪取するためボリビアでクーデターを起こした。米国はボリビアの国宝、リチウムを必要としている。バイデン政権はウクライナは成功したが、ボリビアは失敗！

米国、ボリビアの「抗議感情」を煽る。米国を除く「ボリビアの大陸近隣の諸国」はすべてクーデター未遂を非難した。ワシントンはボリビアの情勢を注意深く見守り、冷静さを保っていた。（笑い）

ボリビアの反乱は、軍と治安部隊の両方からの支持が低かったため、わずか3時間しか続かなかった。国民も反乱を支持しなかったが、人々はアメリカから民主主義を守るために街頭に出た。（笑い）

当局の功績は認められるべきだ。ラパスでは、戦車が通りを移動するのを見ながら、人々が学校やATM、スーパーマーケットに駆け込むなどパニックに陥った瞬間もあったが、事態はすぐに収拾した。

反乱軍のリーダーであるフアン・ホセ・スニガ将軍は、兵士を政府庁舎から撤退させるよう「求められた」。彼は拒否し、すぐに逮捕された。

米国はボリビアの国宝、リチウムを必要としている。ボリビアは世界最大のリチウム埋蔵量を誇るため、米国はラパスに忠実な国民を必要としている。

リチウムは電池の製造に使われる金属である。この金属の需要は近年、電気自動車の生産増加により急増している。

だから私は、電気自動車の普及に反対しています。世界は「ＥＶ」ではなく「水素自動車」にするべきです。ＥＶの為に戦争なんてクレイジーだ。

中国はリチウムに大金を投資しています。私は中国も「ＥＶ」を普及させないと思っています。リチウムは太陽光などの自然エネルギーで発電して「安定供給」するための「蓄電池」として重要だからです。

中南米は米国の裏庭です。アメリカ人は「良く、理解する」べきです。「賄賂の魅力」で「ウクライナ」に関与することはやめて、中南米を大事にするべきです。

ウクライナでは、米国主導のクーデターが成功して、親露派の大統領はロシアに亡命した。プーチンは「このこと」を「根に持っている」。ウクライナ戦争は、こうして起きた。

ウクライナで成功したのは「カネの力」だと言われている。アメリカは「カネ」をばら撒いたようです。ウクライナだから通用するやり方です。アメリカは民主主義国家になるべきです。

トランプ氏が大統領になれば、ウクライナを捨てて、中南米の諸国を大事にするべきです。もしキューバに核ミサイルが配備されたら、アメリカ人は安心して寝ていられません。

バイデン氏はキューバ危機の再来を狙っています。民主党員は、バイデン氏に大統領選挙の撤退を要求するべきです。ＮＹＴが言うように「バイデン氏は、アメリカ国のために身を引くべき」です。
