「核兵器の廃止を唱える人々」でさえ、「通常兵器の廃止」は言いません。そもそも「核兵器」と言っているのは、「米国」が「広島、長崎」に落としは「核爆弾」を指しています。

「米国の核爆弾」を説明します。広島原爆は、米軍のB29「エノラ・ゲイ」から投下され、地上約600mで炸裂しました。この高度が重用です。。。

これにより、発電所や電話、インターネットなどの情報通信、電気・水道・ガスといった基幹インフラが制御不能になる可能性があります。

このEMPの「短所」は被害が広範囲だと言うことです。アメリカの中央部に「核爆弾を高高度」で爆発させれば、アメリカ中が「機能マヒ」します。これが映画でもありました。

欧米の首脳は「ロシア」が核兵器を使うと騒ぎます。彼らはロシアが「広島型の核爆弾」をミサイルで落下させると思い込んでいます。

しかし、プーチンは「ロシア型の最新核兵器」を使うと言っています。「ロシア」が警告している「核兵器」は「EMP」兵器だと思います。

この「EMP兵器」を欧州のどこに落下させるかです。どんなに計算しても、ウクライナを含めれば、ロシアにも被害がおよびます。

ロシアは、欧州の「中央部」に「EMP」をミサイルで飛ばして、「高高度」で爆発させる。
