拝啓。11月10日、米国の「マイク・ペンス副大統領」は述べた。
「インド太平洋地域」において、「中国共産党政府」によるプレゼンスが高まる中、
米国はインド太平洋地域で最大600億ドルのインフラ整備支援を行う計画がある。
安倍首相は１３日、来日した米国のペンス副大統領と首相官邸で会談した。
日本は100億ドルを支援することで合意した。
11月13日にシンガポールで開催予定の「第13回東南アジア諸国連合（ASEAN）首脳会議」の前に。
「日本、米国、インドやオーストラリアの4カ国」は「インド太平洋地域」における、
「海洋安全保障と経済開発プロジェクト」を「推進」させる予定だ。

アメリカの意図はよく理解できる。問題は日本だ!

「日本、中国、韓国、インド、オーストラリア、ニュージーランドの6ヶ国」を含めた計16ヶ国です。
日本は「16ヶ国でFTAを進める構想「RCEP」」を「年内に合意での予定」で中国と積極的に推進している。
これは「Article on China」に反します。

アメリカは日本を「Belt and Road Initiative」からの撤退させたい。
そしてアメリカは「RCEP」からの日本の離脱を狙っていると思う。
安倍首相は「自由で開かれた秩序に基づく、インド太平洋」を提唱するが、
「中国による南シナ海の軍事拠点化」について、「黙認」している。
日本、米国、インドやオーストラリアの4カ国は「国安全保障政策のみならず軍事戦略」も影響している。
アメリカは日本を信用して、いいのだろうか?

私は、「インド太平洋地域」のインフラ整備に、英国、フランス、ドイツも参加すべきだと思います。
私は、英国、フランス、ドイツが中国から撤退することは間違いないと思います。
そうであれば、「インド太平洋地域」のインフラ整備にを支援して、投資と貿易を推進すべきです。
「ＥＵ」は「インド太平洋地域」において、中国にかわる市場を開発すべきです。
「インド太平洋地域」において、「英国、フランス、ドイツ」は、
「日本、米国、インド、オーストラリア」の軍事戦略にも参加すべきです。

私はベトナムの存在が気になります。ベトナムは共産党独裁です。
この地域の「インフラ整備構想」にベトナムを対象にするならば、ベトナムに民主化を要求すべきです。
そうでなければ中国の失敗を繰り返します。
ベトナムに普通の民主国家になることを要求すべきです。
ベトナムが共産党独裁国家を続けるならば、中国と同等の扱いにすべきです。

自由と民主の欧米諸国は、共産党独裁国家を排除するべきだ!Ganbare!

日本政府は、北朝鮮政府による「日本人拉致問題」を国連で訴えている。
日本政府は莫大な資金をかけて「日本人の救出」を「演技」している。
一方、日本政府は「外国人を不法に拉致そして監禁している」。
拉致監禁に「良い拉致」、「悪い拉致」はありません。助けてください！

Four countries - Japan, the United States,
India and Australia - are affecting not only the national security policy
but also the military strategy. Can America trust Japan, is it okay?

I think that Britain, France and Germany should also participate
in infrastructure development of "Indian Pacific Region".
I think that Britain, France and Germany will withdraw from China without doubt.
If so, we should promote investment and trade by supporting infrastructure development
in the "Indian Pacific Region".
In the "Indian Pacific Region" the "EU" should develop a market to replace China.
In the "Indian Pacific Region", "Britain, France,
Germany" should participate in military strategies of "Japan, the United States, India, Australia".

I am concerned about the existence of Vietnam. Vietnam is a Communist party dictatorship.
If Vietnam is targeted for the "infrastructure development concept" in this region,
we should demand democratization in Vietnam.
Otherwise it repeats China's failure.
We should demand Vietnam to become an ordinary democratic state.
If Vietnam keeps the Communist dictatorship state, it should treat it as equivalent to China.

Western countries of freedom and democracy should exclude Communist party dictatorship countries! Ganbare!
