「日本・米国・韓国」の同盟は「破綻」しました。
日本国民は南朝鮮との「国交の断絶」を願っています。
日本における不法移民問題とは「在日朝鮮人」の問題です。
アメリカの不法移民より深刻な問題だと理解をしてください。
拝啓。 「南朝鮮の海軍の駆逐艦」による「海上自衛隊の哨戒機」への「火器管制レーダーの照射」では、

そして韓国は日本に謝罪を求めている。

このことこそ「威嚇」である。
これはまるで敵国に対する態度である。
日本国民は到底、容認できない。
このような状態で「日米間軍事同盟」は破綻しました。
外相会談では「(forced labor)(wartime laborers)の訴訟」の訴訟の問題も平行線をたどった。
「南朝鮮側」は日本が求めた「日韓の請求権の協定」に基づく「協議」には応じなかった。
国交の「基盤」が揺らいでいる。
さらに、韓国の国会議長は天皇陛下を「戦犯の息子だ」、慰安婦に謝罪せよと発言。
いまや、毎日のように、韓国の反日攻撃は激しさを増している
今日は、「(forced labor)(wartime laborers)への補償の問題」を考えてください。

「(forced labor)(wartime laborers)」への補償の問題は、
1965年に日韓で締約された「日韓の請求権の協定」により解決済みとされていた。
日本からの経済協力金のうち無償3億ドル（当時1080億円）に補償金が含まれる」。
韓国政府はその後「関連法」を制定した後に、75年から一人当たり30万ウォンの補償金を支給した。
「(forced labor)(wartime laborers)」の日本への「移入」は1944年9月から1945年3月までの期間に実施された。
1946年3月まで「在日朝鮮人」のうち「140万人の帰還の希望者」が日本政府の手配などにより朝鮮に帰還している。
1959年の日本政府の発表では、強制的に連行されてこられて、日本に住む朝鮮人の数を245人としている。
戦後、朝鮮半島から多くの朝鮮人が、日本国内へ不法に入国した。
その理由は、戦後、朝鮮人は日本より朝鮮に帰国したが、
朝鮮社会が混乱しており、生活が予期したほど良好なものでないためです。
それで、朝鮮人は再び日本に戻ろうとしました。
また、日本が敗戦から復興した、ため、彼らは日本での生活に「憧れて」不法に入国した。
このようなことなどが、背景として指摘されている。
特に「政情の不安」に関して、1948年4月3日に済州島で発生した「Jeju uprising」がある。

これはドナルドトランプ大統領が指摘する「不法な移民」の「恐怖」です。
吉田首相は占領軍に対して、「朝鮮人の送還」の嘆願書を提出している。
1949年に吉田茂首相は「連合国最高司令官 ダグラス・マッカーサー元帥」に朝鮮人の送還を求める
「嘆願書」を提出している。
「送還の費用」は日本政府が負担する。
「在日朝鮮人の全員送還を望む」と題する、
「嘆願書」では台湾人は「比較的」少数であり、それほど問題を起こさない。
しかし「朝鮮人」に関しては、半数が不法入国者であることを明らかにした上で、以下の問題点を指摘した。
１．日本の食糧事情は苦しい状況です。
「朝鮮人の為の食糧まで」輸入することは「将来の世代への負債」となり公正ではないこと。
２．朝鮮人の大多数は日本経済の再建に貢献していないことです。
３．朝鮮人は犯罪を犯す割合が高く、日本国の経済法規を破る常習犯であることです。
４．かなりの人数が共産主義者と「その同調者」であることです。
５．「投獄者」が常に7,000人を越えることです。
日本は、朝鮮半島から、大量の難民を受け入れました。
すでに日本は「難民の受け入れ」では、どこの国よりも多くの難民を受け入れています。
日本国民は韓国政府の理不尽な反日攻勢に怒っています。
日本政府は、理性をもって韓国に対して「経済制裁」を実施すべきです。
「経済制裁」をしても効果がないときは「break off relations」を実施すべきです。
「在日韓国人」を韓国へ送還すべきです。
私は「人権問題」に関しては、理解を示します。
しかし韓国政府の「人権への認識」は「歴史遺産」にこだわるだけです。
日本政府より「今日の韓国人」が受けた「人権侵害」は「無視」しています。
韓国の国民は、現代の韓国民が受けている「人権侵害」こそ重要視すべきです。
世界の皆さん!韓国政府の国家ぐるみの「日本に対するヘイト」を糾弾してください。Ｏｎｅｇａｉｓｉｍａｓｕ!
世界の皆さん、日本の司法のクレイジーな「法の論理」を「糾弾」してください。
皆さん、この問題を「G２０」や「国連の人権理事会」で取り上げてください。

日本政府による「国際的」な人権侵害です。私たちの「名誉の回復と賠償」が行われるように、

１．外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。
外国人だけが入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。
これに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条
（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。
しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」しましたが、雇用者を処分していません。
これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します
そして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。
違法に外国人を雇用した雇用者が無罪であるならば、違法に働いた外国人は無罪です。
そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。
「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。
２．検察が入管法22-4-4条の支援を理由として、
入管法70条に対して刑法の62条「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」することは「クレイジー」です。
これは法の論理が狂っている。
外国人が入管法22-4-4条（虚偽の書類を提出することによるstatus of residenceの取得）に規定する行為を行った。
しかし、これに対する「刑事処罰」はありません。
処分は、法務大臣による「status of residenceの取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。
したがって「刑法62条、（他の犯罪を支援する罪）」は適用できません。
しかし、入管法70条とは因果関係がない。
まったく、法の論理が狂っている。
日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
