Devices Requires:
Launch X431 Device
Launch X-PROG programmer



Procedures:

Follow picture below to connect X-PROG programmer to Launch X431 device



Select “BMW”à”Anti-Theft System”



The execution of the IMMO function requires an IMMO Programmer.Please connect the programmer.Click “OK”



Select “EGS System”à”F Chassis 8HP”

Select “ECU Information”







Back to previous menu to select “EGS Repair”



Login your Launch account



Download files



CAFD Code file is lost or current CAFS Does Not Support back-up,

Whether to continue to erase?

Click “YES”



Repairing Flash…please wait



EGS Repair Successful!



Select “Authentication Status



Now ISN erased and EGS unlock,you need to do programming/coding or adaptation processing.

Launch X431 TSGUN with TPMS

Procedures:
Use Launch X431 Pro to perform a full diagnose for Ford Mustang
Trouble code found B124D



Go to special functions to select “TPMS sensor training mode”



Car will horn while enter to training mode



Select “TPMS” on Launch X431,select your car models




Use X431 TSGUN to do learning for 4 sensors
Car will horn while success learn the sensor



After all done make a test drive the sensors will work well.

Here we go for changing Volvo Truck’s Chassis ID in TechTool Offline.

Click on “Tech tool” icon.



Tick off “Work offline”, then click on “OK”.



Version 2, FH12.



Vocom II (USB) s connected to the computer.

Product data: collecting parameter data…



Click on “Diagnose” and get DTCs.



Click on “Program”, then “Service and maintenance”.



Parameter, programming.



All levels -> Start -> tick off “the engine must be switched off” and “The parking brake must be applied”.



Read data from the control units…


Chassis ID B 220228



Open “Tech Tool” to enter “Chassis”, then click on “Chassis ID”, then “Set Programmable”, then “OK” (Parameter is stetted for programming).



Click on “Stop”, then “Start”, tick off “the engine must be switched off” and “The parking brake must be applied”.



Reading data from the control units.



Set the new chassis ID to B444444, click on “Program”.



Use current chassis ID B 444444.


Have new Chassis ID B 444444, Model FH12, Version 2.
