A list of rules describing what criteria a user story should satisfy in order for the Development Team to accept it and initiate work.
A few examples may be:
1. The user story is on the backlog.
2. The Development Team understands the user story/context of the story.
3. The user story is estimated by the Development Team.
4. The user story is aligned with and to achieve the Sprint goals.
The DoR is there to make sure that requirements are clear from its inception and further conversations during Sprint are kept to a minimum so that the Team can concentrate on development activities.
