3 parties of Prince2 Project Organization

Stakeholders are categorized into 3 types in Prince2 project. They are:
1. Business
2. User
3. Supplier
Business is justification of starting a project and/or continuation of a project and is represented by a Project Executive.
User is using final project outputs to achieve benefits and is represented by Senior User.
Supplier is producing projct products by providing know-how and expertise and is represented by Sr. Supplier.
Project Steering Committee is called a Project Board in Prince2 and consists of 3 roles: Project Executive, Sr. User and Sr. Supplier.
