僕の住む徳島ですが、田舎町ですが、コストパフォーマンスの高い食べ物屋さんが多い街なんです！
食べる事が好きな人種なのかもしれませんね徳島人は。
僕のお店に来店される方々も、洋服の話より食べ物屋さんの話が多いのも事実です。

（ああ、あそこの唐揚げ丼おいしいよね！）とかって会話が常々です。
今日は、徳島の老舗お好み焼き屋さんの御紹介！
Tokushima, where I live, is a rural town, but there are many food shops with high cost performance!

味のホームランってのも素敵ですよね。
未だに初代のお爺ちゃんが、焼いてくれるのも嬉しいですよね。
（銀座一福でも80半ばの二代目が未だにスープは作っております）
80歳を過ぎても現役で頑張っている方の仕事姿は、本当に素敵ですよね。
僕も常々、拝見させて頂きまして刺激を頂いております。
やはり人間、一生現役が一番カッコイイ生き方なのかもしれませんね。
（僕個人の解釈ですあくまでも、引退して趣味に浸る人生も良いかもしれませんので）

そして、そば焼きの途中くらいに豚豆玉が運ばれてきます。
（豚肉の脂と金時豆の甘さそして卵でマイルドに仕上がったお好み焼きで徳島ではメジャーです）
是非、徳島にお越しの際、徳島ラーメンも良いのですが、お好み焼きもチャレンジしてみて下さい！
そろそろ主菜へ！
僕の夏場の定番の一つに
