Aug. 1st__Breathing Muscle Training

I bought this for training breathing muscle which is weaker after Corona

virus, at Amazon.

コロナで大打撃を食らった呼吸筋を鍛えるためにこれをAmazonで買った。

呼吸筋トレーナーとしてはパワーブリーズが有名で、以前真剣に自転車

やってた時は赤いの持ってたが、正直飽きて捨てた。

だから今回は中国製の1300円くらいのにしておいた。なにぶん、かれこれ

1ヶ月ちかく走っていない。だから、これでも十分に負荷を掛けられる。

I had a beef bowl after long time before the workout at gym today.

Speaking of a beef bowl, I like to put a pile of red pickled ginger on the bowl.

Owing to luxury lunch, I gained a bit weight.

I could lift 100 kilos at Chest press today.

It makes me excited when summer is coming.

I need to bulk up more and more.

Jun. 2nd__Bruises and Rashes

I have eczema (atopy).

I need steroid medicine but it has side effect which makes skin

thinner for using many years. I could get bruises on my arm

and rashes on my stomach easily.

May. 19th__Mackerel Nigiri for Lunch

I trained shoulder press with 82 kg today.

After workout I had mackerel nigiri bento at the mall close to the gym.

By the way I have shellfish and fish allergies though I like them.
