Apr. 29th__Running 8km & Lifting Weight

I ran 8 km to the gym and back under the blazing sun.

I forgot to bring a protein bottle, so I bought this at

a convenience store on the way to home.

*Bench press(Pectral muscle)  85set 4set
*hammer curl(biceps)  20kg 3set
*concentration curl(biceps)20kg 4set
*Shoulder press (Shoulder,Deltoid)  4set

Apr. 27th__貴重な仲間達との飲み会 ~土浦編~

前回の2016年以来、第5回となる飲み会を昔の職場仲間らと久々開催した。

以前は会社の健保クラブで毎年開催してたけど、取り壊されてしまって以来、

ということになるね。

その職場に自分が初めて入社したのが23歳で、そこから30年も経って、

みんなそれぞれ年齢を重ねてきたけど、仲の良さは年々深まっていくような

そんな雰囲気が感じられた。

 

I had a drink party with my ex-coworkers for the first time since 2016.

This was the fifth drink party after I quit the previous company.

30 years have passed since I met them for the first time when I was 23 years old.

We are getting old , but our friendship is getting deeper from time to time.

Apr. 27th__2024 Spring Festival in Naval Air Facility Atsugi

I went to U.S. Naval Military Base in Atsugi for "the Japan-US Spring Festival 2024".

It was a nice sunny Sunday.

In this time, for the first time in my life, I focused on cargo planes.

C-2 Greyhound made by Grumman is classified with type of COD(carrier onbord delivery),

and was remodeled from E-2 Hawkeye.

By the way the most purpose I go there is using English in talking with soldiers.

I couldn't help myself and bought this cap on Amazon store last night.

It's dangerous to have a smartphone during drinking.
