Continuing from yesterday, I ran to pull in my belly today after work. 
But I ran slower than yesterday to keep zone3 of the heart rate today. 

I didn't drink beer today too.. I’m very good, aren't I?

I noticed I have developed a beer belly yesterday.
On average, my weight is about 61kg but it has become around 63kg without realizing.

I always walk everyday 7km round trip(40minutes x2) from my house o the office.

I wonder it isn't enough....Anyway I haven't drank beer since yesterday. 
And I ran outside over 10km to pull in my belly after workout at the gym today.

I decide that I don’t have to study English on only Wednesday

because I work out on that day.  But eventually I studied English

today too, after workout.

I ran after work because today is Monday.

I just perform my assigned task I decided, like a machine.

Oct. 22nd I Love Boots!

I love boots! I’ve had boots since I was a college student.

Because my current ones were broken, I bought  new ones.
These boots are made by Stefano Rossi in Italy and made

of real leather.

I bought rain shoes while I was at it. 
Rain shoes make me feel happy even in the rainy days.
