STARY
I’d been living in Japan for several years before I paid my second visit to Saizeriya and how I wish I’d come here more often! Japan is a great place for budget Japanese food, but never in my wildest cheap dreams would I have supposed to eat in a restaurant that offers a lot of Italian food variety.
Saizeriya is monstrously cheap and pretty good quality too. Take the Pasta for 500yen , margarita pizza – pretty good for 500yen , chicken wings for only 400yen, etc.In my experience most other pizza and pasta places in Japan are fancy and expensive, being only slightly better quality.
Last weekend I had a craving eating squid ink pasta. But the only restaurant I know that can offer squid ink pasta is the Saiseriya family restaurant. So, I searched for a nearest Saiseriya restaurant in my place. I ordered squid ink pasta and baked mussel. Squid pasta is quite delicious and the cheapest.
I also ordered baked mussels which I haven’t eaten for a long time since I moved to Japan. Baked mussels are like a real treat to my taste bud. Compared to any fast-food chain or normal restaurant this family restaurant is very reasonable because of its taste, wide variety of food choices, and price.
