Long time no see 😅
Time fries!
Almost two months passed since I tripped to Okinawa.
I've been getting used to my assignment day by day.
Thanks to my current work place which circumstances is still so nice.
So I planned to make some sweets to show my
gratuity to my boss and senior on Valentine's Day.
Let me see...
What kind of sweets should l make?
Cookies? 🍪
Cream puff?(so called シュークリーム😝)
Well......chocolate 🍫╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
When it comes to making sweets from a scratch, It needs time and effort.
Here is my specialty; almond chocolate
In French 'Amand chocolat'
First I went to go shopping to get chocolate and almond, cocoa powder and some plastic bag to rap them up.
Then I can start cooking.
1. Roast the almonds

Butter makes taste better and easy to coat some chocolate.

Sorry I omit some details as follows,
Chocolate needs some special step before you coat so called tempering.
チョコレートはコーティングする際、いわゆるテンパリングが必要。
It took almost a half day to cook complete my specialty.
I gifted them to my boss and senior which made them very happy 😊
'So yummy' 👏
