Long time no see (^^;
I've been busy with this and that.

Why?
Because of the personal changes

突然の人事異動😭

Not me, one of our staff.

He is not my boss, but he is related to my job quite a bit.

He's been helped with a distribution division.

上司ではないが私の仕事にすごく関わりのある人。

So far I've been working with him,
I mean ..we've been helping each other.


Needless to say,
Without him my assignment will change and increase.
It's a matter of course...

どう考えたって
私の仕事内容が変わる‥増えるやん
しゃーないけど🤔

Since he left,
The phone rings off the hook 😵📞

なんか電話よー鳴るなぁf^_^;

No one makes up for his opening.

補充人員なし💦

I took over his assignment little by little.
I found that he took care of a lot of things.

少し仕事を引き継いでいく。

Just after that sudden personal changes,
My boss told me we need to hold a meeting with the staff of the distribution division ; the lest of members to discuss the each assignment.


Fortunately my current work place circumstances is good.
And my boss is quick witted and can thing the things logically.

幸い上司に恵まれた環境。
彼は機転が利くし理論的に考えられる人。

I'm not alone!

Anyway we have to cope with this situation by ourselves.
