日本では、安倍首相の提唱する、
「法の下での統治」とは全く違う司法行政が行われている事実を記載しています。
日本こそ「法の下での統治」が必要です。
日本では、この事件のような、「適用法違反の犯罪」は日常茶飯事です。
人間ですから誤りはあります。
謝罪して、名誉の回復と賠償を行えば、法の下での統治がされていると言えます。
しかし、事件を握り潰す行為は、法の下での統治とは言えません。テロに等しい行為です。

そしてまたＩＣＣに対して、テロ問題や北朝鮮の拉致問題を解決する上でも、
最優先でこの問題を捜査するように圧力をかけて下さい。

そして、日本政府こそ「法の下での統治」を行うようにキャンペーンをしてください！

本日のＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。 助けてください！
前回、No：7の続きです。
内容虚偽の雇用契約書の提供が、在留資格付与の絶対条件のごとく、
刑法幇助罪の適用根拠としているが、
在留資格の付与条件について入管法では何ら規定がありません。
唯一、省令で、法務大臣は技術や人文国際の在留資格を与える条件として
大学等の卒業資格（学歴）を定めています。
審査で重用な提出書類は学歴を証明する「卒業証書」です。
起訴状に書かれた「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」は、
課長通達などで定めたものであり、憲法３１条に規定する法律に規定するものではなく、
在留資格付与の絶対書類ではなく、ほう助罪を課す根拠の重用書類ではありません。
この事件で訴えているのは2つの誤りです。
１．中国人やフィリッピン人が在留資格以外の働いたことは事実です、
この場合、働いたものと、働かせた者を平等に処分しなければなりませんが、
不法に働かせた者を、73条の２で何ら処分していません。
であれば、働かされた外国人は無罪です。
これが法の下での平等であり、国際法のルールです。
2．私やフィリッピン大使館職員などに対して、
内容虚偽の雇用契約書を提供したとして、不法就労に対する刑法幇助罪を適用していますが、
適用法誤りです。
虚偽の書類提出の幇助は、入管法の在留資格取消の幇助行為です。刑事処分は出来ません。
