１．日本で、在留資格外で働いた外国人が刑事処罰され、国外退去になりました。
外国人を雇用した雇用者は何も処罰されません。
外国人を恣意的に処罰することは国際法違反です。

処罰された外国人は無罪です。日本政府に名誉の回復と賠償を求めてください。
