経済制裁で紛争が解決したことは、何もない。

もうじき、核戦争が始まる。しかし、諦めてはいけない。最後まで核戦争の回避を努力をするべきだ。

プーチン氏はロシアの領土的一体性が脅かされれば、「あらゆる手段を使ってロシアと国民を守る。これは、はったりではない」と強調した。

独立系メディア「メドゥーザ」は９月２３日、ウクライナ東・南部４州の占領地のロシア編入に向けて、親ロシア派が開始した「住民投票」について、「見通し」を伝えた。

プーチン政権が「あらかじめ用意した結果」は「ロシアに編入」に、「賛成」が「９０％前後」という。ロシアへの編入が成立すると、ウクライナ東・南部４州はロシアの領土となる。

ロシアは領土を守るためにウクライナと戦争をすることになる。ロシアを攻撃するウクライナは侵略者になる。

これがプーチンの戦略です。侵略者から領土を守るためには「核の使用」も正当化される。

ナチスドイツとの戦争では、ロシア軍は５０万人が戦死です。米軍は５万人です。今回、米国はこのくらいの戦死者を覚悟するべきです。

ロシアのセルゲイ・ラヴロフ外相は22日の安保理で、ウクライナにおけるロシアの作戦行動について、安保理の理事国の一部が、事実と異なる「虚偽の説明」を続けていると反発。

ローマ法王も指摘している。米国の発言がすべて「正しい」ことになっている。これでは「話合い」に、ならない。

ウクライナ軍や戦闘員がウクライナ国内のロシア系住民を長年抑圧してきたことが現状の原因だという、従来の主張を繰り返した。これは事実です。

だから「ミンスク合意」が成立したのです。
ミンスク合意は国連が唯一、紛争を解決する手段です。

米国は、紛争を解決する手段として、いつも「経済制裁」を行う。経済制裁で紛争が解決したことは、何もない。

米国人は「国連憲章 第6章　紛争の平和的解決 第33条」を学ぶべきです。紛争は時間をかけて「話合い」で合意するべきです。

今回は「超大国」どおしの紛争になった。「ウクライナ戦争」のように「通常武器」では解決しません。第２次世界大戦（太平洋戦争）で、米国が日本に無条件降伏をさせたツールは「核爆弾」でした。

今回も「核爆弾」でしか、戦争を終わらせることはできないと思います。

もし「核戦争」を回避するのであれば「ミンスク合意」に戻るべきです。ミンスク合意が不満ならば「話合い」で「改定」をするべきです。これが民主主義です。欧米諸国は民主主義を理解するべきです。
