Yasuhiro Nagano Opinion
November 06, 2022: Sunday edition. Dear Sir,
The US seems to be destroying Japan and Britain. Economic sanctions on Russia have left the allies with severe inflation.
The United States continues to raise interest rates to combat inflation. As a result, countries that cannot keep up with interest rates are on the verge of bankruptcy due to the “fall of the pound and yen”.
All US allies are suffering from inflation. "Yen depreciation" is making foreign workers leave Japan. Vietnamese people say that working in Australia earns twice as much as working in Japan.
Foreign workers are leaving Japan. Japan is facing a serious labor shortage. From now on, I think that "many farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises" that rely on the labor force of foreign trainees will be driven out of business.
Foreigners are not the only ones leaving Japan. Japanese people also go abroad to work as migrant workers. With the weaker yen, wages more than double. Japanese TV broadcasts such special features almost every week.
Many people, not just me, have warned that immigrants will be scrambled from now on. The problem is wages. Japan was a country where wages did not rise for 30 years. We cannot raise wages only for foreign workers.
For many years I have been "advocating" for the construction of a "special zone" in the world. America is a happy country with low-wage immigrants flocking to America. But "Republicans" are crazy countries that don't need "immigrants".
America is also short of labor. America should welcome more immigrants. Former President Trump said more immigrants meant more criminals. I do not deny all of that.
The United States will establish a "Special Zone on the Mexican border". Poor people in Central and South America will be accepted as temporary people. Temporary immigrants will reside only in "special zones".
They will be separated from the "ordinary Americans", so the "worries about former President Trump" will disappear.
Products of US companies relocated to China are manufactured in the "Mexico Border Special Zone". Companies employ temporary immigrants as low-wage workers.
Factories in the "special zone" are centered on the assembly of products. The existing U.S. factory will mainly manufacture "high value-added parts" to be shipped to factories in "special zones."
The existing factory will be “scrap and build” to regenerate into a highly productive factory. There will be more jobs for American workers.
In order to compete with China in terms of GDP, we need to increase our population. The number of people in the Special Zone on the Mexican Border is assumed to be 100 million. Excess "agricultural and livestock products" in the United States are consumed in "special zones."
Immigrants from Latin America are America's "treasure". See Part 3 for details. Construction of special zones. Please see
"Special zone of Algeria" by "EU", "Special zone of Mexican border" by US, "Special zone of Australia", "Special zone of Okinawa" by Japan...etc.

Part 2 See below for the "false charges" of the 2010 "crimes of support for immigration law violations"
The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".

It is a false charge. However, the Japanese government has not yet apologized.

Part 3 Construction of special zones.
"Special Zone of Algeria" by "EU", "Special Zone of Mexican Border" by the United States,
"Australia's special zone" by the new TPP (IPP), Japan's "Okinawa's special zone" ....
The "special zone" "accepts" refugees and poor people as "provisional migrants."
They "separate" from "workers in developed countries".
Developed countries can "manufacture" cheaper than Chinese products by "employing" "provisional immigrants."
Making a product that can beat Chinese products will weaken the Chinese army ...
