中絶禁止に反対者の考えは、神が人間を造る。それも一人ひとり、受精の瞬間に。

そうやって存在し始めた人間を中絶するのは、殺人に等しい。決して許すことはできない。人権とは？？？

受精の瞬間に……というのは実は、カトリックの考え方だそうです。本当ですか？

でもアメリカの福音派の人びとは、同様に考える人びとが多い。だから今回の判決は、大歓迎された。

「中絶」に「賛成」の人びとは、受精卵は発生の過程で、だんだん人間になると言う。それは科学的だ！

初期の胎児はまだ人間でなくて、母体の一部。だから、母親には、産まない権利がある。

この議論に「正解」はない。しかし世界の民主主義の多くは「妊娠中絶に賛成、銃規制に賛成」だと思います。

ブルームバーグは保守政党である共和党においてリベラルな立場です。

彼は中絶の容認、同性婚の容認、より厳しい銃規制、医療環境の充実を提唱し、死刑制度に反対している。

私は、分断化されたアメリカを纏めることができるのは、リベラルな立場の「マイケル・ブルームバーグ氏」しかいないと思います。

トランプ前大統領の「GAMA」のスローガンは素晴らしい。しかし具体案がない。彼の４年間は無策だった。

入管法違反で日本政府の恣意的な処罰について、彼は私に約束した。

民主主義は約束を守ることで成り立っている。約束を守れない者は大統領になる資格がない。

私の訴えも、全く同じです！
彼らの「自由の剥奪」は「恣意的（しいてき）」です。彼らは「法律に従わず」に「自分勝手」です。
彼らは論理的な必然性がなく、「思うまま」に「処罰」しています。
世界人権宣言の第9条、10条、11条、
そして市民的及び政治的権利に関する国際規約の第9条、10条、14条に違反しており、恣意的です。

2010年の入管法違反事件の「私や中国人」そして2013年のフィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官も同じ理由で処罰されました。
私は「法の論理」で説明して「無罪」を主張しました。
すると、警察官や検察官はこう言いました。
「貴方は一般論で罪を認めるべきだ」。
一般論で処罰する国は日本だけです！
裁判官は「何ら関係のない論理」で因果関係をいいました（判決書を参照してください）

「起訴状」を見てください！当時は犯罪にはなりませんでした。
犯罪にならないから2017年に入管法を改正して処罰できるようにしました。
憲法39条により「遡及」して処罰することはできません。
日本を「日本を法の下で統治する国にしてください！
日本が「人権」を守る国にしてください！
米国人の被害者もいます。世界中にたくさんの被害者がいます。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。
罪名は、特別「公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽告訴罪」です。
検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を職権によって握りつぶしました。
よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。
1)外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。
2)検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して刑法の60条および62条の
「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが「適用する法律の誤り」です。

私は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、
「名誉の回復」と「賠償」を求めます。

第３部。特別地帯の建設。
同盟国は「経済と安保」を「一体」にするべきだ！
最大の安全保障は中国製品に勝つことだ。そのためには
「移民や難民」を「特別地帯」で「暫定移民」として受け入れるべきです。
「暫定移民」は「特別地帯」に居住が制限されています。
「暫定移民」は「中国の労働者」より安い「低賃金の労働者」です。
しかし、仕事のない「彼ら」には「恵みの収入」です。
これにより私たちは中国の製品より安価な製品を市場に提供できます。
「本土の労働者」は「暫定移民」と分離して労働をすることで「高賃金」になります。
世界はは市場経済のルールで貿易を行うべきだ。
私たちは「貧者、移民、難民」を助けて、豊かになるべきです。

「EU」による「アルジェリアの特別地帯」、
米国による「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」、新ＴＰＰ（ＩＰＰ）による「オーストラリアの特別地帯」、
日本の「沖縄の特別地帯」....です。
「特別地帯」は、難民や貧民を「暫定移民」として「受け入れ」ます。
彼らは「先進国の労働者」と「分離」します。
先進国は「暫定移民」を「雇用」することで中国製品よりも「安価」に「製造」できます。
