After the war in Ukraine, we should seriously rush to create a decarbonized society. The energies of a decarbonized society are "electricity" and "hydrogen" produced by "nuclear power."

In 2022, record high temperatures have been observed since late July, mainly in Spain and France in western Europe.

The highest temperature recorded in the eastern part of the UK was 40.3 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature ever recorded. The Ukrainian war produced huge amounts of greenhouse gases.

It exceeds the emissions of the Netherlands as a whole. After the war in Ukraine, the G20 countries should speed up the development and construction of safe nuclear power plants.

Hydrogen produced using electricity from nuclear power plants has begun to move toward practical use in the United States and Europe.

Mass production can be done at a relatively low cost by utilizing surplus power during times of low power demand such as nighttime. “Each country” can be equally self-sufficient in energy.

In 2021, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) set a goal of reducing the cost to less than $1 within the next 10 years, and is actively providing subsidies. Each country should also provide subsidies.

Constellation Energy, a major U.S. electric power company, will start producing hydrogen together with Norway's Nell Hydrogen, which handles hydrogen production equipment.

In December 2022, we will start producing hydrogen at the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Power Plant (New York State).

Russian state-owned nuclear power company Rosatom will start producing hydrogen at the Kola nuclear power plant in the western part of the country as early as 2023.

In 2021, Rosatom announced that it would cooperate with EDF in the production of hydrogen using nuclear power.

In anticipation of the transition to a decarbonized society, the Russian government has set up a plan to develop hydrogen as an export item following natural gas and oil.

North Korea can also become a major exporter of hydrogen by making use of its nuclear technology. North Korea has a chance to become an economic superpower!

Russia aims to create a hydrogen industry cluster by 2024 and become a major player in the global hydrogen market by 2050.

Europe must not "follow in someone's footsteps" on natural gas. Europe should use nuclear power safely.

Saudi Arabia said, "We are the cheapest gas producer in the world and will dedicate new gas fields to the production of blue hydrogen."

Saudi Arabia, like crude oil and natural gas, is keen to seize control of the hydrogen market through price offensives.

(IEA) estimates that hydrogen consumption will reach 212 million tons in 2030, 2.4 times the actual figure in 2020.

In 2050, it is expected to increase sixfold to 528 million tons. There is also the possibility that it will be positioned closer to the current oil and gas.

I am convinced that the next-generation car will be a hydrogen car. They are "hydrogen fuel cell vehicles" and "hydrogen engine vehicles".

I think electric vehicles will be transitioned to "hydrogen fuel cell vehicles". I think that "gasoline engine vehicles" will be shifted to "hydrogen engine vehicles".

The supply of "hydrogen" to hydrogen-powered vehicles will be carried out in a "method" that "exchanges" the "hydrogen-filled high-pressure gas cartridge" using the existing "G/S".

Hydrogen and electricity produced by various types of nuclear power plants have the advantage of being energy self-sufficient. Each country can become an energy-producing country just like an “oil-producing country”.

Zelensky is plotting "world war 3", but we should banish Zelensky and realize a "peaceful earth".

The earth should be a "star" of "hydrogen and atomic energy". The future of the planet is bright if we don't supply Ukraine with arms.

米国はウクライナへの軍事支援をやめるだろう。それは戦争の終結だ。ゼレンスキーの「world war 3」開戦を阻止する。

ウクライナ戦争後は、脱炭素社会を真剣に急ぐべきだ。脱炭素社会のエネルギーは「原子力」で製造する「電気」と「水素」だ。

2022年は欧州西部のスペインやフランスを中心に、7月下旬から記録的な高温が観測されています。

イギリス東部では最高気温40.3℃を記録し、観測史上最高気温を更新しました。ウクライナ戦争でした莫大な温室効果ガスが発生した。

それは、オランダ一国の排出量を凌駕している。ウクライナ戦争後は、Ｇ２０の各国は安全な原子力発電所の開発と建設を急ぐべきです。

原子力発電所の電力で製造する水素が、米欧などで実用化に向け動き始めた。

夜間など電力需要が少ない時間帯の余剰電力を活用し比較的低コストで量産できる。「各国」は平等にエネルギーを自給できる。

米エネルギー省（DOE）は21年、今後10年以内に同1ドル以下とする目標を掲げ、積極的に補助金を出している。各国、も、補助金を出すべきだ。

米電力大手コンステレーション・エナジーは、水素製造装置を手掛けるノルウェーのネル・ハイドロジェンなどと、水素の製造を始める。

２０２２年12月にも「ナインマイルポイント原子力発電所（ニューヨーク州）」で水素の製造を始める。

ロシア国営の原子力会社ロスアトムは、２０23年にも同国西部のコラ原発で水素の製造を始める。

ロスアトムは21年、フランス電力公社（EDF）と原子力を活用した水素製造で協力すると発表した。

脱炭素社会への移行を見据え、ロシア政府は水素を天然ガスや石油に続く輸出品目として育てる計画を掲げる。

北朝鮮も核開発の技術を生かして水素の輸出大国になれる。北朝鮮は経済大国になる「チャンス」だ！

ロシアは2024年までに水素産業のクラスター（集積地）を作り、50年までに世界の水素市場の主要プレーヤーを目指す。

欧州は天然ガスの「二の舞 follow in someone's footsteps 」をしてはいけない。欧州は原子力を安全に活用するべきだ。

サウジアラビアは、「我々は世界で最も安いガスの生産者であり、新たなガス田をブルー水素の製造に利用できるよう専念させる」と述べた。

サウジアラビアは、原油や天然ガスと同様、価格攻勢による水素市場の掌握に意欲を見せる。

（IEA）の試算では、水素の消費量は30年に2億1200万トンと20年実績の2.4倍になる。

50年には5億2800万トンと同6倍に増加する見込みだ。現在の石油やガスに近い位置づけになる可能性もある。

私は、次世代車は水素自動車だと断定しています。それは「水素燃料電池車」と「水素エンジン車」です。

電気自動車は「水素燃料電池車」に移行されると思います。「ガソリンエンジン車」は「水素エンジン車」に移行されると思います。

水素自動車に対する「水素」の供給は、既存の「G/S」を使って、「水素充填高圧ガスカートリッジ」を「交換」する「方式」で行います。

いろんなタイプの原発で製造する水素はや電力はエネルギーを自給できる利点があります。各国は「産油国」と同じエネルギー産出国になれます。

ゼレンスキーは「world war 3」を企てているが、私たちはゼレンスキーを追放して「平和な地球」を実現するべきです。

地球は「水素と原子力」の「星」にするべきです。ウクライナに武器を供給しなければ、地球の将来は明るい。
