フランスで「年金改革」の「反対デモ」が激化。社会学者「将来を楽観できない仏国民は、最後に残されたもの（62歳定年）を死守したいと願っている」。今の「超インフレ」が続く社会を考えると「64歳？ノーだ」。

マクロン大統領は「年金改革」を選挙公約に掲げた。しかし2020年の「改革案」は反対運動の末、「新型コロナウイルス禍」で「撤回」された。しかしコロナが終息した。関連法案は3月20日に成立。現在は違憲審査が進む。

フランスはシニア世代（55〜64歳）の21年の「就業率」は56％で、77％のスウェーデンや72％のドイツとは「大差」がある。フランスは「羨ましい天国」だが、年金財政は苦しい。

（EU）の統計では「年金受給」はドイツやイタリアが67歳で始まる。「一方」フランスの62歳は「最も低い年齢」で年金が受給される。

そのためフランスの年金財政は苦しい。フランスの2020年の「支出」は（GDP）比で15.9％です。加盟国で3番目に高い。フランスはGDPを上げるか、「年金受給」を遅らせるしかない。

かつてフランスも受給開始は65歳だった。しかし、左派が主導して1980年代に60歳へ引き下げた。90年代後半には週35時間労働制を実現した。「2010年」に右派政権が「62歳に引き上げた」「際」もデモが続いた。

政府は今回の改革で、2030年までに177億ユーロ（約2兆5000億円）の増収を見込む。しかしシニア世代の2人に1人が働かない現状を変えないと、効果はないと指摘する声も多い。

長期ビジョンを持たず『これが最後だ』と改革を連発してきた右派政権。彼らに混乱の責任がある。マクロン大統領は「長期ビジョン」を「示しましたか」。

フランス国民は、マクロン大統領に長期ビジョンを提示させるべきだ。納得できるビジョンでなければ、さらに「年金受給」が「遅くなる」のは当然だ。

「パリエ氏」は「見直すべき公的支出」は「多い」と言う。フランスは、「ウクライナへの軍事支援の予算」を、「年金予算」に「充当」するのは当然です。

マクロン大統領は、長期ビジョンとして「アルジェリアの特別地帯」の建設を国民に提示するべきだ。フランスは「新しい市場」として「アフリカ大陸」を開拓するべきだ。

１９７０年代、中国が中国国内に「特区」を建設したのと同じだ。フランスは、「アフリカのアルジェリア」に「特別地帯」を建設するべきだ。

５０年後、「アルジェリアの特別地帯」は、「現在の中国」のようになるだろう。フランスはアルジェリアを植民地ではなく、「特別地帯」としてアルジェリアと共同で建設して、運営をするべきだ。

フランスの市民は「とてつもない、大きな夢」を見ることができる。「特別地帯」は「夢」ではなく「現実」に「建設」をするべきだ。フランスの国民は「年金の受給問題」が小さく見えてくるだろう。
