The United Nations has proposed an extension in exchange for the “sanctioned Agricultural Bank of Russia” to create a subsidiary and connect it to the (SWIFT) payment network.

'Extension of Agreements': The UN has agreed to grain exports on Russian terms each time. The United Nations is panicking because Russia is angry.

The "UN Secretary General" should "strongly" persuade the United States to keep the "agreement with Russia" in order to save the world food crisis.

I don't think Russia needs to make any more "concessions". Russia is always deceived.

Ukraine scrapped the Minsk Accords and went to war with Russia. He made Russia invade and directed "Russia as the bad guy." The "fools" of the world are deceived.

It is clear that the US is obstructing Russia's SWIFT connection behind the ``grain agreement''.

Ukraine should be ashamed of "not keeping promises" and "false agreements".

An executive of a Ukrainian grain industry group told the Asahi Shimbun online that, "Even if Russia does not return to the agreement, we can continue exports without problems on our own." Let's put an end to this problem!

The export agreement, brokered by the United Nations and Turkey in July last year, covers exports from three ports around Odesa, a port city in southern Ukraine.

Since around February 2023, Saudi Arabia, an oil-producing country, has significantly expanded its imports of petroleum products from Russia. Wonder!

Saudi Arabia imports "cheap" Russian "petroleum products" and uses them for "domestic consumption".

And Saudi Arabia exports "Saudi-made products" for the "quantity" of "their imports." "Export price" is the "international trade price". Saudi Arabia makes money.

Saudi Arabia's strategy should be called "alchemy", so to speak, using the price difference of crude oil. After all, it is the EU member states and the UK that are buying Russian crude oil.

Bloomberg also reports that Saudi Arabia is increasing its procurement of Russian diesel fuel while supplying Saudi diesel fuel to Europe.

Economic sanctions on Russia have only changed the way business is done. Russia uses economic sanctions well.

It would be nice if Russian grains could be exported to African countries without using "SWIFT" in the same way as "energy exports".

For this purpose, Chinese trading companies should make money by "trading" Russian resources and products through "trilateral exports".

ウクライナの穀物輸出を拒んでいるのは「米国やEU」です。ロシアを「悪者」にするためです。

国連は「制裁対象のロシア農業銀行」が子会社を創設して（ＳＷＩＦＴ）の決済網に接続できるようにすることと引き換えに延長するよう提案した。

「ロシア、ウクライナ、トルコ、国連」の合意を守らなかったのは「米国」です。

「合意の延長」：国連は毎回、ロシアの条件での穀物輸出に、合意していました。ロシアが怒ったので、国連は慌てています。

国連に合意を守る姿勢がないから「合意の破棄」になったのです。民主主義は約束を守ることで成立します。

「国連事務総長」は世界の食糧危機を救済するために、米国に「ロシアとの合意」を守るように「強烈」に「説得」をするべきです。

ロシアは、これ以上「譲歩」する必要はないと思います。ロシアはいつも騙されている。

ウクライナはミンスク合意を破棄して、ロシアと戦争を始めた。ロシアに侵略させて「ロシアを悪者」に演出した。世界の「愚人」は騙されている。

「穀物合意」を守らない裏には、「米国」がロシアの「ＳＷＩＦＴ」の接続を妨害していることは明白です。

ウクライナは「約束を守らない」「嘘の合意」を恥だと思え。

米国は、ウクライナに「穀物輸出の合意」を奨励しました。しかし、約束である「ＳＷＩＦＴ接続」を認めませんでした。米国の民主主義は死にました。

米国は「約束」を守る、民主主義国家の戻るべきです。軍事力を背景にした「圧力」は戦争を生みます。現実に、米国はロシアと戦争をしている。

ウクライナの穀物業界団体幹部は朝日新聞のオンライン取材に、「ロシアが協定に復帰しなくとも、我々は単独で輸出を問題なく継続できる」と強調した。この問題はこれで終わりにしよう！

国連とトルコの仲介により昨年7月に結ばれた輸出協定は、ウクライナ南部の港湾都市オデーサ周辺の3港からの輸出が対象。

産油国のサウジアラビアは2023年2月ごろから、ロシアからの石油製品の輸入量を大幅に拡大していました。不思議でしょう！

サウジアラビアは、ロシア産の「割安」の「石油製品」を輸入して「国内消費」に使います。

そして「その輸入」の「分量」を、サウジは「サウジ産の製品」を輸出します。「輸出価格」は「国際的な取り引き価格」です。サウジは儲かります。

サウジアラビアは、いわば原油の価格差を利用した“錬金術”とでも呼ぶべき戦略でしょう。結局、ロシア産の原油を買っているのは、EU加盟国やイギリスです。

アメリカの「ブルームバーグ」も「サウジアラビアがロシア産ディーゼル燃料の調達を増やす一方で、サウジアラビア産ディーゼル燃料をヨーロッパに供給している、と報じています。

ロシアへの経済制裁は、ビジネスのやり方を変えただけです。ロシアは経済制裁を上手に使っている。

ロシア産穀物も「エネルギー輸出」と同じように「ＳＷＩＦＴ」を使わずにアフリカ諸国に輸出できると良いのですが。

このためには中国の商社がロシアの資源をや製品を「３国間輸出」で「貿易」して稼ぐべきです。
