「高度数十km以上」の「高層気圏」における「核爆発」においては、大気は非常に「希薄」です。高度が上がるにつれて「爆風」は減少していく。

だから広島のように被爆者は発生しない。「眼が飛び出た人」は発生しない。地上では核爆発があったことを感じない。

この「核爆発の影響」はEMPによる電子機器障害がほとんどです。ミサイルは発射できないだろう！大量破壊兵器ですが「非致死性」の「性格」です。

「高高度核爆発」の実験を行ったことが確認されているのはUSA、ソ連の2か国である。これらの実験では周辺で停電などの被害が発生した。

銀行・証券・その他企業での情報機器からの情報喪失は場合によっては従来型の地上への核攻撃以上に悲惨な事態と経済的破滅状態を引き起こすと考えられる。

高高度核爆発は電子機器類が主なターゲットであり、被害は「精密電子情報機器」が普及している先進国の方がより甚大となる。

「EMP攻撃」に対する「低コスト」で「完全な防護策」は存在しない。アメリカ、ロシア連邦、中華人民共和国、大韓民国、台湾はある程度の「ＥＰＭ対策」を進めている。

「核保有国」の多くは、核ミサイルの一部を潜水艦に搭載しているので、所在特定や攻撃をしにくい「外洋」で行動させている。

このためEMPで先制攻撃を行っても、核兵器による報復を完全に封殺することは難しい。米国本土が「ＥＭＰ攻撃」されると、生存者は潜水艦の兵士だけかもしれない。

だから攻撃を防ぐ方法は、「EMP保有国」と「戦争をしない」ことです。ロシアが「ＥＭＰ」で実績を作れば、人類は戦争をしなくなるだろう。
