日本が朝鮮半島を併合した後、1923年9月1日、日本で発生した関東大震災の混乱の中で、「朝鮮人や共産主義者が井戸に毒を入れた」という「デマ」が流れた。

デマを信じた官憲や自警団などが多数の朝鮮人や共産主義者を虐殺しました。戦後「来日する韓国人は、「売春婦」として扱われ、国外追放をされました。韓国人は「二級国民」扱いをされた歴史を清算するべきです。

1923年、関東地方は地震によって「壊滅的な被害」を被り、民心と社会秩序がひどい混乱に陥ったことを受けて「内務省」は「戒厳令」を宣告した。各地の警察署に治安維持に最善を尽くすことを指示した。

内務省が各地の警察署に下達した内容の中で「混乱に乗じた朝鮮人が凶悪犯罪、暴動などを画策しているので注意する必要がある」という内容があった。

この内容は行政機関や新聞、民衆を通して広まり、朝鮮人や、間違われた中国人、内地人であるところの日本人（ろう者など）が「殺傷される被害」が発生した。

当時の日本政府は地震発生前に発生した朝鮮の「三・一運動」や台湾の大規模デモを「流血で鎮圧」した。この経験から政府は、これら「統治領」での「独立運動」を行う、「一部の民衆の抵抗」を「警戒」をしていた。

当時の朝鮮人への「無理解と民族的な差別意識」も「背景」として考えられる。朝鮮人を「二級国民」として扱うことで、日本人は、日本社会への不満を解消していた。

震災発生直後の9月1日午後3時以降、「東京や横浜など」で、「社会主義者及び鮮人の放火が多い」や「朝鮮人テロリストの暴動」といった「デマ」が発生した。民衆のほかに「警察や軍」が「流布」した「デマ」、も、あった。

毎年9月1日、都立横網町公園（墨田区）では、関東大震災の際に「虐殺された朝鮮人」を「慰霊するための式典」が「市民団体の主催」で行われており、東京都知事が「追悼の言葉」を寄せることが「恒例」となっていた。しかし。。

しかし、東京都の小池百合子知事は、2017年8月、式典へ「追悼の言葉」を送ることを「止めた」。なお、2016年には送付していた。日本人の一部は「黒い歴史」を「消そう」としている。

日本では、「毎年９月１日が近かずく」と、NHKは「関東大震災 朝鮮人犠牲者」の特別番組を放送している。詳しくは、第一部のURLでご覧ください。

私は「慰安婦問題」や「徴用工問題」よりも、大震災におけるデマによって「朝鮮人大虐殺」が行われたことの方が重大だと思います。

ウクライナでは、ソ連（ロシア）に併合された恨みから、ネオナチによって、ロシア人への「ヘイト」は「ウクライナ系ロシア人」への「ジェノサイト」になりました。

「韓国政府」は福島原発の処理水の「呼称」は「汚染水」を継続します。一方、「一部反対派」が使う「核の排水」などの「呼び方」は「根拠がな、く国民に不安を与える」として不適切だと指摘した。

「韓国民」は「日本政府が信用できない」ので「核の排水」としています。中国政府は、日本政府が「IAEAに、安全だと言わせている」と感じている。

私は、日本が１９１０年８月２９日に韓国を併合したことの恨みは「１０００年」受ける必要があると思います。韓国の若い人々は、二度と日本から「二級国民」として扱われないように「歴史」を認識しておくべきです。

戦後においても、韓国人は「売春婦」扱いで、韓国の女性が「入管法違反」で違法に処罰されて送還されています。この問題が解決しない限り、韓国人が「安易」に来日するのは危険です。

日本は、戦後も、韓国人を「二級国民」として扱ってきた証拠です。韓国の国民は日本政府に対して、被害者の名誉の回復と賠償を請求するべきです。こうして「一つ、づつ」、韓国民は、日本から「独立」をするべきです。

フランス政府が、領土問題を戦争で解決すると「選挙公約」したゼレンスキー政権を支持することは危険です。

ウクライナ支援は、「アルジェリアを始め、旧フランスの植民地」で、フランスに対しても「武力攻撃」が発生することを「覚悟」するべきです。
