Mr. Biden did something stupid. Biden "excluded Russia from SWIFT." However, the world is moving towards a ``de-dollarization''. ``China, South Korea, and Japan'' have also been added to the ``Local Currency Transactions'' group.

For Japan, the dollar is a friend, but ``the country's exports'' are more important than the ``status of the dollar'' in the world. Biden did something stupid. He has "renounced" the "world's economic domination of the US dollar."

Singaporean startup Thunes has an ambitious goal: to disrupt the dominance of international payments network SWIFT.

“ASEAN countries are currently closely monitoring the development of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa), and BRICS members are currently actively seeking to strengthen ties and create their own currencies.

Judging from the statements made by ASEAN countries, they are determined to take the path of de-dollarization. In particular, ASEAN includes some fairly 'strong' Asian countries, with China, South Korea and Japan joining the format of creating a new currency (within the LCT framework).

Anna Korolyova, a financial analyst at the Russian economic magazine Expert, believes that ``de-dollarization'' is no longer a possibility, but a reality, albeit in the distant future.

South Africa's finance minister, Godongwana, told Reuters that rather than seeking an alternative to international remittance and payment systems such as SWIFT, South Africa would consider building a payment system that would encourage greater use of local currencies.

"De-dollarization" is a particular "priority" for Russia, whose economy has been hit by Western sanctions over its invasion of Ukraine and has been excluded from SWIFT.

This is a ``decrease in the value'' of the ``dollar, which was the world's currency.'' If the ``circulation area'' narrows and it is no longer recognized as a ``currency of value,'' the dollar will be sold and replaced by gold.

"Countries such as China" that sell "American government bonds" are exchanging the dollars obtained by selling the government bonds for gold, and the value of the dollar is declining more and more.

The only way to overcome the current crisis is to lift economic sanctions and return countries that have drifted away from the dollar to their original status as dollar-based countries.

However, there are many countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America that have suffered multiple economic collapses due to the strong dollar. Their "distrust of the dollar" is great. It won't be easy to come back.

南アのゴドングワナ財務相は、「ＳＷＩＦＴ」など国際送金・決済システムに代わる仕組みを模索するのではなく、現地通貨の利用拡大を促進する決済システム構築を検討するものだとロイターに述べた。

「脱ドル化」は、ウクライナ侵攻を巡る西側の制裁で経済が打撃を受け、ＳＷＩＦＴから排除されたロシアにとって、特に「優先課題」となっている。

「世界貨幣であったドル」の「価値の低下」である。「流通領域」が狭まり、「価値ある通貨」として認められなくなれば、ドルは売られ、金に代わっていく。

「アメリカの国債」を売っている「中国などの国」は、国債を売って得たドルを、金へ交換することで、ますますドルの価値は低下している。

今の危機を乗り越えるには、経済制裁を解除し、ドルから離れていった国々を元の「ドル決済の国」に戻すしかない。

とはいえ「アジアやアフリカ、ラテンアメリカ諸国」は、これまでの「強いドル」で「何度も経済破綻をした国々」が多い。彼らの「ドルへの不信」は大きい。復帰は簡単ではないだろう。

もはやG7による「世界経済支配の体制」は終わりに近づきつつあることを理解したほうがいい。「バイデンは馬鹿なことをした」。

G7諸国は、「ロシアや中国そしてBRICSなど」と「争う」のではなく「競い合う」べきだ。

そのため何度も言うが、「メキシコ国境の特別地帯、アルジェリアの特別地帯、オーストラリアの特別地帯」で、「移民や難民」を迎えることは重要である。
