これはウクライナの国家予算の3分の2にあたる。米国は「ゼレンスキーやウクライナ国家」の「ATM」ではない。

米国の支援停止でウクライナは破綻しかない。西側の専門家らは、米国行政のこの決定はゼレンスキー大統領には大打撃となる。

ウクライナは、国の破綻につながりかねないとの見方を表している。終戦にすれば、よいことだ。

「今回の会談」には、穀物問題でウクライナと対立を深めるハンガリーやポーランドの外相は欠席した。また、「このごろ」スロバキアでは「ウクライナ支援停止」を訴える「野党」が総選挙で「第1党」となった。

一方、英紙フィナンシャル・タイムズは、EUがウクライナ支援増額へのハンガリーの支持を取り付けるために、ハンガリーに対する「補助金の凍結」の解除を検討していると報じた。

この補助金は昨年12月、ハンガリーが人権侵害や憲法違反を行ったなどとしてEUが交付を停止していた。

ハンガリーとしてはウクライナ支援を「餌」にしてEUの譲歩を引き出したい考えだ。「EU」の人権政策は中国のことを言えない。

フランスのマクロン大統領は、ウクライナに「無条件降伏」を「要求」するべきだ。「汚職国家　ウクライナ」を支援するよりも、フランスは「アフリカ諸国」を支援するべきだ。

ウクライナの2023年の国家予算は1兆3300億フリブニャで、360億ドル相当となっている。つまり、失うウクライナの「収入」は、国家予算の約3分の2だ。

2023年10月15日：❤ロシアは、アメリカのウクライナ支援を１０年以上「続けさせる考え」だ。米国のイスラエル支援は、これからだ。

「これは終戦の吉報だ」。米議会は「つなぎ予算」でウクライナ支援を除外した。バイデン政権が約束していた240億ドルの支援額は「保留」の状態。

これはウクライナの国家予算の3分の2にあたる。米国は「ゼレンスキーやウクライナ国家」の「ATM」ではない。

米国の支援停止でウクライナは破綻しかない。西側の専門家らは、米国行政のこの決定はゼレンスキー大統領には大打撃となる。

ウクライナは、国の破綻につながりかねないとの見方を表している。終戦にすれば、よいことだ。

米支援の停止は国家財政の破綻だけではない。米国が供与を表明、または検討している戦車エイブラムス、戦闘機F16、追加の砲弾などの供給が完全にストップすることを意味する。

ウクライナは終戦するしかないだろう。これは「無条件降伏」だろう。アメリカはロシアを「北ベトナムやイラク」と同列に扱った。高い授業料だった。

米国のジャーナリスト：ロシアはウクライナを「疲弊」させ、最終的には「ウクライナ国家の崩壊」につながるような「戦術を選択」したという。

ロシアの戦略は、「支援国の崩壊」にもつながるだろう。「今日」の欧米諸国に「冷戦」は国民から支持されない。

ウクライナ軍は、「ザポロジエ、ユジノドネツク、アルチェモフスクの地域」に於いて。6月初めから、軍の「前進」を試みているが、領土を奪い返すのは不可能だ。

プーチン露大統領が「強調」したように、ウクライナは「戦線のどの区間」でも、たいした成功は収めていない。多くは西側の「フェイクニュース」だった。

米国が、これまで西側諸国の先頭に立って支援を指揮してきたのにも関わらず、一気に減速した「米国」の「体たらく」に、欧州は「開いた口が、塞がらない」。

「EU」のジョゼフ・ボレル外相は、米議会の「支援除外」に「驚いており、遺憾に思う」と述べている。米国の「連邦議会」には、愛国者の優秀な「連邦議員」がいる。

このタイミングで「EU」はキエフ（キーウ）で、「加盟国首脳会談」を開催した。ウクライナへの追加支援を発表し、支援継続への結束を演出した。しかし、EUは一枚岩ではない。

「今回の会談」には、穀物問題でウクライナと対立を深めるハンガリーやポーランドの外相は欠席した。また、「このごろ」スロバキアでは「ウクライナ支援停止」を訴える「野党」が総選挙で「第1党」となった。

一方、英紙フィナンシャル・タイムズは、EUがウクライナ支援増額へのハンガリーの支持を取り付けるために、ハンガリーに対する「補助金の凍結」の解除を検討していると報じた。

この補助金は昨年12月、ハンガリーが人権侵害や憲法違反を行ったなどとしてEUが交付を停止していた。

ハンガリーとしてはウクライナ支援を「餌」にしてEUの譲歩を引き出したい考えだ。「EU」の人権政策は中国のことを言えない。

フランスのマクロン大統領は、ウクライナに「無条件降伏」を「要求」するべきだ。「汚職国家　ウクライナ」を支援するよりも、フランスは「アフリカ諸国」を支援するべきだ。

フランスは、アフリカの「貧困・飢餓」を現実的に救うべきだ。まず、「旧植民地」のフランス語圏の諸国から、市民が生産した「製品」を「輸入」をするべきだ。「友愛」を「模範」として示すべきだ。

そしてフランスは「アルジェリア」に「特別地帯」を建設して、近代工場を建設するべきです。アフリカ人は、移民としてフランスに行くのではなく、アルジェリアの工場で働くべきです。

「特別地帯」の工場はアフリカ人のための、「ＴＶ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、スマホ」や衣類、そして「水素自動車」の製造工場を建設します。マクロンは、アフリカの「救世主」になるだろう。
