「ダイモン」は、好調な業績は「長年の投資」と顧客獲得・維持に向けた一貫した取り組みの結果であると指摘した一方で、世界情勢をめぐるリスクと高水準にある「政府債務残高」が、インフレ高進と金利上昇のリスクを高めていると警告した。納得だ！

「ダイモン」は「ウクライナでの戦争」は、先週の「イスラエルへの攻撃」と相まって、「エネルギー、食料市場、世界の貿易、地政学的関係」に広く影響を及ぼす可能性があると言う。納得だ！

「ダイモン」は、世界は「過去、数十年」で「最も危険な時期」を迎えているかもしれない、と述べた。「彼」は、危険を避ける「要素」を「指摘」していると思います。

「ウクライナ戦争」です。終戦にして「戦争前の状態」に戻すだけで、ほとんどが解決する。ロシアへの経済制裁の解除が一番大きい。

「エネルギー、食料市場、世界の貿易」の要素は解決するだろう。ロシアを「SWIFT」から「除外」したのは「大きな誤り」だった。

「パレスチナ問題」は又、「火を噴いた」。戦争になれば、こんどこそ「米国は崩壊」すると思います。米国の「政府債務残高」はさらに膨れ上がる、だろう。

しかし、「レーガン政権」の「規制緩和」によって「米国財政」は「赤字」になった。原因は、「米国製品」が「市場」での「競争力」を「失っていた」からです。

「トランプ政権の最大の課題」は「貿易赤字」の「解消」だった。トランプ政権は企業に「税の優遇」をしてまで、「米国」に「工場を戻す」ことを企業に要請した。しかし企業は「ＮＯ」だった。

米国企業は、工場を中国から米国に戻したくても、「中国と同じ条件で労働者を雇用」できないから、米国には戻らずにベトナムなどに移転した。

私は「メキシコ国境」の「一帯」を「特別地域」にする提案をしている。「特別地帯」は主として、企業が中国から米国に工場を移転する、移転先です。

「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」では、「中南米」の「貧民」を「低賃金労働者」として「特別地帯」に入国させます。彼らの「居住区」は「特別地帯」に限定します。

「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」は日本の国土面積と同じくらいです。人口も日本と同じ「１億人」くらいです。メキシコ国境に日本と同じくらいの「特別地帯」を建設するのです。

中南米から受け入れる「暫定移民」の「賃金」は、「中国の労働者」と同じくらいにします。労働者の質もありますが、労務費だけなら中国製品に勝ります。

「特別地帯」の「人口」により米国産の農産物は、増産するほどです。特別地帯の人々の消費財により米国のＧＤＰは驚異的に伸びます。

強いアメリカが戻ってくると、同盟国も「特別地帯」への原材料の輸出で潤います。「特別地帯」は巨額の投資を必要とします。世界の「カネ」は米国に集まるでしょう。
