I think that Mr. Trump will abolish the promotion of "EVs" and promote "HVs" and light vehicles (K-Cars) as a "bridge" to the promotion of "hydrogen vehicles".

American car companies will withdraw from "EVs" and promote "HVs" and light vehicles (K-Cars) with low CO2 emissions as a transition period to hydrogen vehicles. This will completely protect the jobs of American auto workers.

If Trump becomes president, he will provide subsidies for the development of "hydrogen vehicles". This will allow Ford and others to promote the development of "hydrogen-fueled cars" that "replace" "gasoline fuel" with "hydrogen fuel".

"Tesla" will use its electric vehicle technology to promote the development of "fuel cell vehicles (FCVs)" that generate electricity from "hydrogen" and oxygen in the air to turn the "motor" instead of supplying electricity from an external source.

If the price of hydrogen becomes $1 per kilogram as the US government plans, the cost of filling up an FCEV passenger car like Toyota's "MIRAI" will be less than $10, which could easily make it the cheapest, surpassing EVs.

Furthermore, hydrogen will emerge as a competitive energy source for household and industrial use. Currently, hydrogen production in the US is about 10 million tons per year, most of which is blue hydrogen produced from natural gas.

Trump puts the employment of workers first. By promoting "HVs" as a bridge to hydrogen vehicles, we can reduce "CO2" while protecting the jobs of "gasoline engine" workers.

The reason for promoting "lightweight vehicles (K-Cars)" is to protect the lives of ordinary people who are struggling due to rising prices. If you are only going to work, school, or shopping, a "lightweight vehicle (K-Car)" with a "Japanese standard 660cc displacement" is enough. Ordinary people should ask "Trump" to "approve" the "K-Car".

There is no doubt that the next generation of cars will be "hydrogen cars". I am advocating the promotion of hydrogen-fueled cars to protect the jobs of gasoline-engine workers.

Hydrogen-fueled cars not only protect the jobs of automobile manufacturing workers. They also protect the jobs of G/S workers and tank truck drivers.

I am proposing a method of compressing or liquefying hydrogen at a hydrogen production plant, filling it into hydrogen cartridges, and transporting it to the G/S in a special vehicle, rather than filling it with hydrogen at a hydrogen station.

The hydrogen cartridges are automatically replaced by a robot. This allows the same infrastructure as gasoline-powered cars to be used worldwide. I think Trump will provide subsidies for the development of hydrogen cartridges.

Most of the hydrogen produced in the United States is blue hydrogen, which is produced from natural gas. The United States is the largest producer of shale gas. This will also protect the jobs of shale gas workers.

There is technology provided by a venture company that was spun off from a national laboratory. A demonstration experiment using this technology has already begun in California, and if successful, the hydrogen supply network may expand rapidly.

Currently, hydrogen production in China is about 21 million tons (as of 2018), accounting for about 30% of the total production in the world.

In the short term, hydrogen production in China will mainly be cheap coal gasification and by-product hydrogen, but in the long term, it is expected to shift to "coal gasification" combined with CCS (carbon capture and storage) and "water electrolysis hydrogen production" using "renewable energy".

I think the environment for hydrogen vehicles is better in the "United States". This time, the United States should invest "money" in the development of "hydrogen vehicles" so that "China" will not get ahead of it.

アメリカの自動車会社は「ＥＶ」から撤退して、Ｃｏ２排出量の少ない「ＨＶ」や軽自動車（Ｋ－Ｃａｒ）を水素自動車への移行期として推進するだろう。これでアメリカの自動車労働者のしごとは完全に守られる。

トランプは大統領になると「水素自動車」の開発に補助金を出すだろう。これによって、フォードなどは「ガソリン燃料」を「水素燃料」に「置き換え」た、「水素内燃エンジン自動車hydrogen-fueled car」の開発を推進するだろう。

「テスラ」は電気自動車の技術を生かして、電力を外部から給電するのではなく、「水素」と空気中の酸素で発電して「モーター」を回す「燃料電池車（ＦＣＶ）」の開発を推進するだろう。

米国政府の方針通りに水素価格が1キロ1ドルになれば、トヨタ「MIRAI」のようなFCEV乗用車を満タンにするのにかかるコストは10ドル以下となり、EVを抜いて最安となる可能性は十分だ。

さらに家庭用、産業用エネルギーとしても水素が競争力のあるものとして浮上するだろう。現在、アメリカの水素製造は、産量は年間約1,000万トンで、そのほとんどが天然ガスから生成されるブルー水素です。

トランプ氏は労働者の雇用を第一に考えている。水素自動車への繋ぎとして「ＨＶ」を推進することで「ＣＯ２」の削減を行いながら「ガソリンエンジン」の労働者の仕事を守ることができます。

「軽自動車（Ｋ－Ｃａｒ）」の推進をするのは、物価の高騰で困窮する庶民の生活を守るためです。「通勤、通学、買い物」だけなら「日本規格の排気量660CC」の「軽自動車（K-Car）で十分です。庶民は「トランプ氏」に「K-car」の「認可」を要求するべきです。

米国立研究所からスピンオフで生まれたベンチャー企業が提供する技術がある。米カリフォルニア州ではすでにこの技術を活用した実証実験が始まっており、成功すれば水素供給網が一気に拡大するかもしれない。と言います。

現在、中国における水素生産量は約2,100万トン（2018年時点）で、全世界の総生産量の約30%を占める。

中国における水素製造は、短期的には安価な石炭ガス化と副生水素が主体になるが、長期的にはCCS（CO2回収・貯蔵）を組み合わせた「石炭ガス化」と「再生可能エネルギー」による「水電解水素製造」になると思われる。

私は、水素自動車の環境は「米国」の方が恵まれていると思います。アメリカは、今度こそ「中国」に先を越されないように「水素自動車」の開発に「資金」を投入するべきです。
