December 22, 2024: Dear Sir,
America should remember Afghanistan. Secretary of State Blinken visited Turkey and exchanged views on supporting Syrian stability and transition. Blinken should know Syria's past.

In 2016, a ceasefire mediated by Russia and Turkey came into effect in Syria. At least, the ceasefire was maintained between the Syrian government, that is, President Assad's military, and the opposition.

It was a victory for the Assad regime and the forces that support it, such as Russia and Iran. The losers are the forces called the opposition. These opposition forces are the "main players this time."

Syria is divided into areas controlled by the Assad regime and other areas. Furthermore, the other areas are divided into two. Areas controlled by forces opposed to the Assad regime and areas controlled by the Kurds.

The Kurds are neither "pro-Assad regime" nor "pro-anti-Assad forces". The Kurds are "pro-Kurdish". In other words, the Kurds are seeking autonomy and independence.

That is why I advocate the creation of a Kurdish state. In other words, Syria is divided into three: the Assad regime, anti-Assad regime forces, and the Kurds.

This time, it seems that the "rebel forces" centered around the Islamic extremist group "HTS" will take power, but it seems that it will be divided into three, including the "former Assad regime forces."

The tricky thing is the "anti-Assad forces." The anti-Assad forces are roughly divided into three. One is the relatively moderate forces, usually called the "opposition forces." The second is the "Islamic extremists."

The "Islamic extremists" are further divided into two. IS (Islamic State) and the al-Qaeda-affiliated organization "HTS."

Syria will be divided into five: the Assad regime, the anti-regime forces, IS, HTS, and the Kurdish-controlled areas, and Russia should be "fed up."

This is President Obama's self-perception. In other words, he is a "president hired by the people" to withdraw from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

It is "not my job" to start a "new war" in Syria. Obama provided limited support to "opposition forces," but did not provide "serious" support.

In particular, his response to the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian government, namely the Assad regime, in 2013 was criticized.

(Omitted) What is behind Turkey's change of direction? It is the situation within Turkey. Currently, in Turkey, the government forces and the "Kurdish organization PKK (Kurdistan Workers' Party)" are engaged in a civil war.

The increasing influence of the Kurds in Syria will inevitably affect the situation in Turkey. President Erdogan must have realized that "suppressing the Kurds in the country" is more important than "overthrowing the Assad regime."

What did Turkey get in return? Perhaps what Turkey "requested" from Russia was "stop supporting the Kurds."

My suggestion is "abrupt," but I want the "Syrian Kurds," including "Kurds in Turkey and other countries," to be used as material for "ending the Ukrainian war."

Regarding the creation of a Kurdish state, I think "Trump and Putin" have something in common. The Kurds sacrificed themselves for America. America should serve the Kurds.

Putin should compromise on "creating a new buffer state (Kurdish state)" rather than opposing Ukraine's "NATO membership" and insisting on "Ukrainian unarmed neutrality."

Trump should seriously discuss with Putin the creation of a "Kurdish state" as a means to end the Ukrainian war. Both the Kurds and Ukrainians would be happy.

アメリカはアフガニスタンを思い出すべきです。ブリンケン国務長官はトルコを訪問し、シリア安定と移行を支援することについて意見交換しました。ブリンケンはシリアの過去を知るべきです。

2016年、シリアではロシアとトルコが仲介した停戦が発効しました。少なくとも、シリア政府、つまりアサド大統領の軍隊と反体制派の間で停戦が維持されました。

それは、アサド政権とそれを支持するロシアやイランなどの勢力の勝利でした。負けたのは、反体制派と呼ばれる勢力です。これらの反体制派勢力が「今回の主役」です。

シリアは、アサド政権が支配する地域とそれ以外の地域に分かれています。さらに、それ以外の地域は2つに分かれています。アサド政権に反対する勢力が支配する地域と、クルド人が支配する地域です。

クルド人は「親アサド政権」でも「親反アサド勢力」でもありません。クルド人は「親クルド人」です。つまり、クルド人は自治と独立を求めています。

私がクルド人国家の創設を主張しているのはそのためです。つまり、シリアは「アサド政権」「反アサド政権勢力」「クルド人」の3つに分かれています。

今回はイスラム過激派グループ「HTS」を中心とした「反政府勢力」が政権を握りそうですが、「旧アサド政権勢力」を含めて3つに分かれそうです。

厄介なのは「反アサド勢力」です。反アサド勢力は大きく3つに分けられます。1つは比較的穏健とされる勢力で、通常「反対勢力」と呼ばれます。2つ目は「イスラム過激派」です。

「イスラム過激派」はさらに2つに分かれます。IS（イスラム国）とアルカイダ系組織「HTS」です。

シリアは「アサド政権」「反体制勢力」「IS」「HTS」「クルド人支配地域」の5つに分断され、ロシアは「うんざり」するべきだ。

シリアで「新たな戦争」を始めるのは「私の仕事ではない」。オバマは「反体制勢力」に限られた支援はしたが、「本気」の支援はしなかった。

特に、2013年のシリア政府、つまりアサド政権による化学兵器使用への対応が批判された。

（中略）トルコの方向転換の背景には何があるのか。それはトルコ国内の状況だ。現在、トルコでは政府軍と「クルド人組織PKK（クルディスタン労働者党）」が内戦を繰り広げている。

シリアにおけるクルド人の影響力の増大は、トルコ情勢にも影響を及ぼさざるを得ない。エルドアン大統領は、「アサド政権打倒」よりも「国内のクルド人抑圧」の方が重要だと悟ったに違いない。

トルコは見返りに何を得たのか？おそらくトルコがロシアに「要請」したのは「クルド人支援の停止」だったのだろう。

私の提案は「唐突」だが、「トルコやその他の国のクルド人」を含む「シリアのクルド人」を「ウクライナ戦争終結」の材料にしてほしい。

クルド人国家の創設に関しては、「トランプとプーチン」に共通点があると思う。クルド人はアメリカのために犠牲になった。アメリカはクルド人に仕えるべきだ。

プーチンはウクライナの「NATO加盟」に反対し「ウクライナの非武装中立」を主張するよりも、「新たな緩衝国（クルド人国家）の創設」で妥協すべきだ。

トランプはウクライナ戦争を終わらせる手段として「クルド人国家」の創設についてプーチンと真剣に話し合うべきだ。クルド人もウクライナ人も喜ぶだろう。

「殆どの外国人」が「少額」の「罰金」で「国外退去の処分」になっています。外国人は１人当たり「数百万円」の「賠償金」を日本政府に「請求」するべきです。

韓国人が「慰安婦問題」や「徴用工の問題」で、日本政府に「賠償金を請求」することはクレイジーです。彼らは「韓国政府」に賠償金を請求するべきです。（韓国政府は既に受領をしています）。
