現地法人設立後、銀行口座の開設が必要になる。
どこの銀行にするか？　未定なので、取引条件をサーチ中です。

先ほど、ADMINのCinthaからメールが届きました。
口座開設に必要な書類についてと、初期最低デポジット金額等について

The initial deposit required is Php 50,000.
開設に必要な初期の金額が50,000ペソってことは、約113,000円ですね。

Certified True Copy of SEC License to do Business in the Philippines
Consularized copy of Articles of Incorporation/Memorandum of Association/
Articles of Association or its equivalent
Consularized copy of the By-Laws

4. General Information Sheet (GIS) or List of Incumbent Officers
Notarized List of Incumbent Officers

5. IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT/CARD
Resident Agent
Corporate Secretary or its equivalent
Authorized Signatories
President and Treasurer , if account is assessed as Enhanced

6. Specimen Signature Card (Form to be provided by Unionbank)
All signatories
Complete and properly filled-up
