今月は時折 デコポンの袋詰め作業です。
This month, we sometimes pack Dekopon (which is a kind of oranges) in bags.
デコポンは、太陽ホームの横にあるデコポン畑をお借りし育てているもので、
畑を貸してくださっている方の指導のもと、収穫シーズンを迎えました。
We borrow a field next to Taiyo home to grow Dekopon, under the lecture by the person who is lending us the field, the harvest season has finally come.
それも収穫はデコポン畑の経営者の方と、職員が1人専従する2人で作業を行い、
只今がんばって柑橘類の栽培方法と一緒に学ばせてもらっているところです。
Harvesting with the manager of the Dekopon field, including him two of us work together and studied the cultivation method of citrus now.
今している作業は、収穫したデコポンを、Pプラス袋という袋に入れて熟成させる
ためのもの。
The work that we are doing right now is to put Dekopon into a bag which is called P Plus bag and ripen Dekopon.
デコポンの大きさや形で分け、大きい物は一個ずつ逆さで袋へ、小ぶりなも
のはそのまま2個ずつ専用のビニール袋に入れて、袋の口をひねり、元のコンテナへ
再度詰めていくとなっています。
Classify Dekopon by its size and shape. Put a big one in a bag upside-down, if it’s small put two of them in a bag and tie a bag closed and put it back into an original container again.
