先日、諫早市の道具屋にて障がいのある方々のための合同面接会が行われました。
写真を撮りたかったのですが、許可が降りず写真はありません。
広いスペースに ３１社の企業ブースが並んでいます。
私たち仁木田株式会社 太陽工房も企業として初めて参加しました。
太陽工房のブースの前には空席の椅子が置かれていますがまだ誰も座っていません。
小さな会社なので希望者もきっと少ないだろうと思っていましたが
徐々に面接希望の方々が座り始めて、多くの方が順番を待つ状態でした。
面接会に参加する当事者の方々はきちんと正装して真剣な表情です。

申し込み順に番号を読み上げていきます。
「００番の方～」
最初はこちらも余裕がありましたが、どんどんケースの中に用紙がたまって
いくのを見ていると少し焦ってきます。
また、面接の方の情報もメモしていかないと混乱してしまいそうでした。
社長が質問し私がメモを書き名前を呼ぶ、この繰り返しのなかで
面接は展開されていきました。
1人で来られている方もいましたが、就労支援員や特別支援学校の先生と
一緒に来ている方も何人かいらっしゃいました。
障がいを持ちながらも「働きたい」という気持ちをどう実現してゆくのか
人それぞれだと思います。
働きたい…何のために働くのか
先日研修に参加した時、ある企業家(農場経営)の方が
知的障害を持つ子供のお母さんから
「子どもを働かせてほしい、給料はいらないから働かせてほしい」
と言われたことがありその言葉がとてもショックで
そこから障害者の方々の就労を考えるようになり
今では障害者の方々を18名雇用される」までになったそうです。
また、東京から来られた企業の方は(以前は福祉施設職員)
障害者の方々の仕事の相談業務にあたる私達が
何のために働くのか…をしっかり考えていき、障害者本人と支援者も
企業に就職する覚悟が必要だと言ってました。
「何のために働くのか」
ひとりひとり答えは違うと思います。
障害を持ち、就職し働くことは、本人の努力だけではどうにもなりません
企業や地域がサポートしながら働ける環境を作っていく必要があります。
お互いを理解し受け入れていきながら、お互いが自覚と責任を持つこと
が必要ではないでしょうか。
障害のある人もない人も一緒に働いていける企業を目指して
これからも仁木田株式会社は大村で頑張っていきたいと思います。

On the other day, we held a joint interview meeting for the people who have disabilities, at Dōguya which is like a hotel in Isahaya city. We wanted to take photos, but because of the permission problems, here on this article has no photo of it. 31 company’s booth lined up in a wide space. We Nikita Co., Ltd. attended the meeting as a company as the first time. There were chairs in front of our booth but no one was there. We thought it was because our company is small the applicants were few, however, the applicants were gathering a little by little, and ended up with pretty much of the applicants were waiting. The people who attended the meeting were dressed up and put a serious look. There was introduction paper that is for people who were hoping for interviews in the case on the desk. The people who have interviews can take interviews of several companies. We call the number one by one in order of application. “Number 00.” We first with room in our minds, but seeing the paper coming in the case so fast, our mind went blank for a moment. Plus, if we don’t take notes of the applicants’ information we would get panicked. The president asked questions and I took notes and called applicants’ names, this was how the interviews were conducted. There were some who came by oneself, but there were also some who came with their employment support members or teachers of special support education schools. It depends on each one of them, how to realize the feelings of “wanting to work” by living with their disabilities. Want to work… What do you work for? On the other day, when we had a training, entrepreneur (farm manager) was told “let my child work, no need to get paid”, that phase was so shocking and he started to think about the employment for people with disabilities, and now he hired 18 people with disabilities. On the other hand, the woman from a company in Tokyo (formerly welfare facility staff), said it is important that both of the people with disabilities and the supporters to be prepared to get a job, we do the consultation business for the people with disabilities, we must think seriously what we do work for. “What do we work for?” Every single person has their own different opinions. It’s more than the effort of only by oneself, to get a job having the disabilities. It requires the companies and the community to support to build the environment that the people can work. It needs to understand and accept each other, and the both of them to have an awareness and responsibilities. Aiming to be the company that the people with disabilities and the people without disabilities can work together, from now on, we Nikita Co., Ltd. will do our best. At last, we thank to all the people we could meet at the meeting. Thank you very much.
