精神 知的にも雇用枠の動き Movement for Mentally and Intellectual Disability's Employment

昨年発覚した省庁や自治体の障害者雇用水増し問題を巡り、正規職員の障害者枠をこれまで対象が身体障害者に偏っていた九州の自治体でも、知的や精神障害者に拡大する動きが広がっている。

今回の問題を受け、企業や自治体が、一定の割合以上、障害者の雇用を義務付けられている。

長崎県の職種は事務知事部局で５人、教育委員会や県警で計3人程度の述べ８人程度、障害の種別に関わらず、試験内容は高卒程度の教養筆記試験や面接、作文などの同一の試験とのこと。

また、熊本県では、県教委も正規職員採用試験の対象に、知的と精神を障害者枠に拡大。

障害者の種別を限定せず、より多くの人に門戸を開くのが適切と理由を説明。
佐賀県は今年度から精神のみ、大分と宮崎県も、今年度以降の採用試験で、前向きに拡大を検討中とのこと。

ただ、障害の種別に関わらず、一律の筆記試験が適切なのかといった懸念もあり、会として意見を伝えつつ注視したいと伝えている。



Inflation of employment of disabled people of the ministry and municipality, number of positions available were leaned to physically disordered people in Kyushu, but spread to the cerebrally handicapped and mentally disordered.
Because of this problem, companies and the municipality are obligated to hire certain number of disabled people.
In Nagasaki prefecture 5 persons for the secretary governor departments, 3 persons for the board of education and police, so 8 in total, no matter what kind of disabilites, the exam is the same as ordinary people, high school level's written test, interview and composition.
Also in Kumamoto prefecture, the prefectual board of education is also targeted for officially hired exam spread to intellectual disability people and mentally disabled people.
The government explains that it's propriate to open wide for any person even though if they have handicap.
In Saga prefecture from this year hire mentally disordered, and Oita prefecture and Miyazaki prefecture are thinking to spread the exam targeting disabled people from this year.
The committie is telling opinions as the group, if the exam is apropriate for all since the exam is the same as ordinary people, no matter what kind disorder people have.

僕のヒーローアカデミア My Hero Academia

『僕のヒーローアカデミア』（ぼくのヒーローアカデミア、My Hero Academia）は、
堀越耕平による漫画作品。『週刊少年ジャンプ』（集英社）にて2014年32号より連載中。
略称は『ヒロアカ』。主人公の緑谷出久(みどりや　いずく)は“無個性”だがスーパーヒーローになることを夢見ている。
そして彼は後に気付く能力をシェアする世界最高のヒーローにスカウトされ、
ヒーローの訓練高校に入学することとなる。この作品はアニメ化され、
日本でファーストシーズンが2016年4月3日から6月26日まで、
セカンドシーズンが2017年4月1日から9月30日まで、
サードシーズンが2018年4月7日から9月29日まで放送され、
2018年8月3日には映画“僕のヒーローアカデミア THE MOVIE ～２人の英雄ヒーロー～”が上映開始となった。

一般的にみんなが知っているアニメではないが、
職員の中にこのアニメのファンがいて是非作りましょうということになりました。
作ってみると結構反響があり、少し驚いたくらいです。
1人1人好みが違うので当たり前といえば当たり前なのですが、
今後もそんな作品を見つけて作っていけたらいいなと思います。

My Hero Academia (Japanese: 僕のヒーローアカデミア Hepburn: Boku no Hīrō Akademia)
is a superhero manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi.
It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump since July 2014,
and 20 volumes have been collected in tankōbon format.
The story follows Izuku Midoriya, a boy born without superpowers (called quirks)
in a world where they have become the norm, but who still dreams of becoming a hero himself.
He is scouted by the world's greatest hero, who shares his quirk with Izuku after recognizing his potential,
and later enrolls him in a high school for heroes in training.
The manga was adapted into an anime television series by Bones. I
ts first season aired in Japan from April 3 to June 26, 2016,
followed by a second season from April 1 to September 30, 2017,
then a third season from April 7 to September 29, 2018,
and an animated film titled My Hero Academia: Two Heroes was released on August 3 of that year.

Not many people know this anime, but one of our staff loves this anime, so we made it using Iron Beads.
After making it, it’s pretty popular and we’re surprised.
It’s usual that each person has their favorite anime we hope to make variety of products from now on.

チコちゃんその２ 製作者のつぶやき Chiko-chan Part 2 Producer's Tweet

某人気バラエティ番組に登場するキャラクターを作ってみました。ネットに図案がなかったので、アイロンビーズ作品としてはオリジナルです。

キャラクター（のイラスト）をアイロンビーズで作るときに大事なのは、「どれだけその子の個性を表現できるか」だと思っています。
この子の場合、可愛らしい笑顔とおかっぱ頭、そして小憎らしい目元と眉を工夫しました。　

キャラクターのオリジナル作品を作って、なにより嬉しいのは「こちらがなにを作ったか伝えていないのに、なんのキャラクターかわかってもらえたとき」です。





I made a character from a certain variety show. There wasn’t a blueprint on the web, so as Iron Beads product it’s original.

I think the important thing when making a character using Iron Beads is “How much you can express the characteristics of the character.”
About this one, I devised cute smile, bobbed hair, provoking eyes, and eyebrows.

The happiest thing when making character’s original product is “People understand what it is, even though if I didn’t tell them what it is.”

2019.新年会 A New Year Party in 2019

昨日、 1月10日(木曜)
水主町にある「長崎 インターナショナルホテル」にて、
今回も太陽工房 就労Ａ.Ｂ合同、第３回目の新年会が行われました。

時間的にも、お昼に合わせたご自慢のランチバイキング！を堪能！


Yesterday, on Thursday, January 10th
We had a Taiyo Koubou's 3rd new year party at
"Nagasaki International Hotel" in Kakomachi.
We enjoyed lunch buffet.





バイキングメニューの今日は洋風中心料理で、ピザやパスタ、カレー、天然酵母パン、
デザート、サラダ、ソフトドリンクなど、それぞれにお気に入りの味と、ひとときを
楽しむことが出来ました。

Menu was maily western food like pizza pasta, curry, bread, dessert, salad, and soft drink.
Everyone enjoyed the moment with favorite food.



社長の気遣いとスタッフさん方のお心遣い、ほんとうにありがとうございます。

本年も、お一人おひとりが作ってゆく太陽工房、宜しくお願い致します。

Thank you so much for the kindness of the president and the staff.

セルフヘルプグループ（２) Self Help Group Part 2

そんなセルフヘルプグループにわたしも１０年近く携わっています。
大村にある精神障害の当事者会や県の当事者会に在籍していたこともあります。
セルフヘルプグループの情報が少なかったので何をするグループなのかもわからず最初は、
自分の病気について勉強したいとか仲間が欲しいなあといった簡単な動機から参加することを決めました。
統合失調症のかたや双極性障害のかた、発達障害のかた、摂食障害から抜け出したかた…グループにはさまざまなかたがいらっしゃいます。

語り合ったり花見をしたりスポーツを一緒にしたり、
時には精神的に不安になったときにかけてこられた電話口で勇気づけたり活動は多岐にわたります。
いつしか、参加しているうちに下ばかり見ていた自分が前を向けるようになったことに気がつきました。
「そうか、このままのわたしでいいんだ」。巻き込まれながらも互いに支え合っているうちに人としても、うんと強くなれた気がします。

やっと自分に対する偏見がぬぐえるような予感もしています。
わたしに「少しも一人前にはできないどうしようもない発達障害者」とうしろ指をさしたのは他の誰でもない、自分自身でした。

I'm related with self help group for about 10 years.
I used to enroll in the party group in Omura and prefecutural party group.
I wanted know much about my disorder and need frineds
because there wasn't so much information, so I decided to attend the group.
There are various people who were suffering from schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder,
developmental disorder, people who got out of eating disorder.

Talk with them, see flowers, play sports,
sometimes if they are anxious mentally cheer up over phone and else there are so many activities.
I realized that I became positive by attending the group.
"Right. It's okay who I am right now." Sometimes be involved but support each other and I feel I got stronger.

I feel I got out of prejudice towards me.
The person who said "You can't do anything by yourself because developmental disorder." is me myself at the end.
