ご注文花カゴ完成 The Ordered Flower Basket Is Completed

以前から、時々途中経過をご報告していたご友人の結婚プレゼントの、依頼用の花カゴが完成致しました。

制作者さんより、花びらや葉の形の整えを工夫するなど、苦労があったと言われております。

ご苦労様でした。

とても美しいと思います。

プレゼントされた方が喜んでいただけると幸いです。

We have finished with the ordered flower basket that has been reported from before which is the gift for the wedding ceremony of a helper’s friend.

The creator said it was pretty difficult to arrange the petals and the leaves.

Great work.

It’s very beautiful.

We would be very pleased if the receiver could be happy with it.

OB利用者さん訪問 The Alumni Visits

久しぶりにＩさんが遊びに来てくれました。

1年前に、某コンビニの仕事が決まり、現在も同じ場所で働いています。

ご本人の特徴を理解していただき、長く続けられるように配慮してもらっていることで続けられているそうです。

これまで、B型を利用しながらいくつも面接にトライしては、なかなか採用されなかったり、また、採用されても続かなかったりを繰り返しましたが、やっと理解してもらえる職場と出会えました。

職場でのいろんな出来事を楽しそうに話ながら、「働くことができて幸せだと思う」といった彼の言葉が印象的でした。

It’s been a while, Mr. I came over to visit us.

A year ago, he got a job at a convenience store, and he still works at the same place.

He can continue working there for a long, because of the company’s understandings of his characteristics.

Until this time, while using Type B, he had tried several times to have an interview but he could not get a job, and if he was hired, he didn’t continue working, but finally he could find the workplace where everyone understands about himself.

We were impressed that he told us “I’m happy that I can work.” about the stuff of his work joyfully.

建物建設中 A Building Under Construction

太陽工房の道を挟んだ所に、仁木田株式会社の本部があります。

そこで、また新たな建物計画の準備があり、本部事務所の前に、スタッフ事務所と入居のできるバリアフリーのアパート２部屋(予定)を建設中です。

障がい者の方が施設や家を出て一人暮らしをしたいと希望される方は多くおられています。

福祉サービスを上手に利用しながら住めるといった、バリアフリーのアパートが、こうして少しずつでも増えていくことは、とても嬉しいことに思います。

Across the street, there is the headquarters of Nikita Co., Ltd.

Now, we have a preparation of the plan for a new building, two barrier-free apartment’s rooms which one is the office for the staff and the other is move-in facility for people with disabilities, in front of the headquarters.

There are a lot of people with disabilities who wish to move out of institutions or homes to live on their own.

We are happy to see the numbers of barrier-free apartments, where people with disabilities can live while making good use of welfare services are increasing a little by little in this way.
