本日の就労作業は、向木場にある 太陽工房 農園部で栽培した、ニンニクの皮むき作業です。
工程として、太陽工房てお借りし栽培している畑からニンニクを収穫し、それを今日は就労支援Ｂ型へ持ってきて、土のついた薄皮を取り除く皮むき、出荷前の一つ前の工程となります。

The process is the former process that is to ship out, cultivate the garlic from the field that is borrowed,
