珈琲豆、仕分け作業の開始！

今日は、「橙」の店主の方に来ていただき、

挽きあがる珈琲豆の、欠点豆を取り除くピッキング作業を直で細かに教えて頂きました。

なかなか手が混み、眼を利かすジャッジ作業に、慣れるまで少しだけ時間を要しそうです。

甘味のある珈琲豆の香りに、和みの雰囲気の作業場となりそうです。

たのしみですね。

Today, we invited the master of “Daidai,” and he taught us carefully how to separate the defect-beans from the other beans, after roasted beans.
It is extremely difficult to find them and separate it, so it takes so much time to get used to it.
The sweetness smell of the coffee might be making the atmosphere of the workplace relaxing.
We know it’s gonna be a big fun.

ドールハウス完成！

エコクラフトで、ドールハウスの大作を作りました。

10月に行う、ギャラリー展示会への出品予定品です。

全体的に苦労した点ですが、組み立ての際、ズレないように2人で組んで取り組みました。

お部屋ごとに置いてある小物類が小さいので、ピンセットを使っています。

土台の部分は、厚紙を使い型を取り、その両面にエコクラフトテープを貼り合わせ、しっかりと強度を出しています。

20日間ぐらいの集中したところで作り上げ、達成感がとってもありました。

外観も、室内に作られている、それぞれのパーツその物も、じっくりとご覧いただきたいとのことです。

ギャラリーの披露をお楽しみに。

コーヒー作業、準備完了！

コーヒー作業の準備が出来ました。

作業部屋も整い、コーヒーミルや容器類などもセッティング完了です。

さっそく、コーヒー豆の欠点豆を取り除くピッキング作業をしていきます。

初めてのことなので、なかなか進み具合は、慣れずな部分に戸惑いますが、

最初ですので「橙」の店主さんから教えていただきながら進めて行くところです。

ところで、今回ブレンドコーヒーは出来たのですが、まだ売り出す商品名が決まっていません。

そこで、利用者様や、支援員、会社のスタッフの方々へ、ただいま名前の募集中です。

また、お名前が決まり次第に、お知らせしたいと思います。

We have completed all the process of making our original coffee.
The working room is ready and the coffee mill and all the containers are set to go.
For the first, we do the work of picking beans and separate the defect-beans.
This is the first time for us to do this process, it takes so much time to get used to doing it, but by learning from the master of Daidai just keep doing it.
Anyways, the blend coffee that we are going to sell from the near future is ready, but the name of it hasn’t been decided.
So, we would like the users, supporters, and the staff of the company to give us some ideas about it.
These are the important information that we wanted to let you all know for now, so please be patient for a little more for the further information.

コーヒー「橙」ロゴマーク

コーヒー「橙」から注文を受けて作った「橙」のロゴマークのアイロンビーズストラップを店先に飾られていました。

開店2周年の日に、先着２０名様にプレゼントされる予定だそうです。

コーヒードリッパーの形をデザインするところと、ミニアイロンビーズなので、アイロンを掛けるところが、難しかったそうです。

こうして、オリジナルのアイロンビーズが地域の中に飾られているのをみるのは、とても嬉しく、小さな感動がありました。

The Logo of Coffee “Daidai”

The logo of “Daidai” iron beads straps which we received the order from “Daidai” and created were displayed at the entrance of the shop.

They will be the gift to the first 20 customers on the 2nd anniversary of it’s opening.

It was very difficult designing the shape of the coffee dripper and ironing them since they were very small, “mini-iron-beads.”

We are really happy and excited a little bit to see those our original iron beads products in the society.
