hey guys~！

let's try "Misonikomi-udon" today. you know, it is typical "Nagoya-meshi".

Boil boil the "udon" noodles.

in this time, I added "Karaage" insted of chicken meat. because I cannot go shopping to prepare fresh chicken.

but the attached "Aburaage" that I stewed yesterday night.

so let' try the "Misonikomi-Udon" with half boiled egg and Karaage.
