I got up at 5:30am in this morning.
Since my daughter starts her school today, she asked me to wake her up.

エレママ おもち作りの巻・・・ できるお嫁さん風お餅アレンジのアイディア付き

　こんにちは、櫻井マリアです。
毎年、お正月に作るものの一つが、手作りのお餅。
　楽しかったですか・・・ですって？
ええ、もちろん（笑）
でもね、正直「自分がやりたい！」という三人の子供の争いはすごいわよ。お餅作り以外のところで、こんなに労力を使うなんて！というのが本音かしら（苦笑）

まぁ、お餅作りといっても餅つき機が作るわけだから、大したことはないはずなんですけど。
餅米の計量と洗うのが終わって、争いも一段落（ホッ）
やがて、餅米が炊きあがってきて、いい香りが部屋中にいっぱい・・・う～ん至福の時（うっとり）

余談ですけど、わたくしが、いつも、幸せを感じるのは、何かいい香りが漂ってくる瞬間
　「香り」こそがわたくしの生活に彩りを添えてくれているもの・・・
生きている実感を与えてくれるものといってもいいわ。とにかく「香り」LOVEなの　
　
　お話が大きく脱線しましたわね。お餅作りにお話しを戻しますわね・・・
それでね、しばらくしたらゴトゴト～っていうポルターガイストみたいなすごい音をさせながら、機械がお餅をつき始め、あっという間に出来上がり。
でも、ここからが、正念場！
　お餅がとっても熱いんですもの
「エイッ！！」大きな声で気合いを入れて一気にお餅を絡め取ってお皿に・・・。

　我先に・・・とお餅を丸めようとする子供達。
ところが「ギャ～　熱いよ～」
　熱いお餅が手にからまって、大騒ぎ。
焦れば焦るほど、お餅は手にからみつくから大変

　「お水をつけながら、やってみましょ！」（マリア）
そうなの。お水をつけたら、いとも簡単に手からお餅は離れるのよ。

調子に乗るのは目に見えていたけれど、やはり予想通り、お餅は水でベチャベチャ・・・（笑）
もちとり粉も、どうしてっていうほど大量につけられ・・・・どう見ても不味そうなお餅の出来上がり（苦笑）

ところが、このお餅がとっても美味しいようで子供たちはパクパク
たとえ、どんなに不格好でも自分で作ったものは格別に美味しい（笑）
　これぞ、手作りの醍醐味ね
子供には食の楽しさを存分に味わって欲しいもの・・・
今年もいっぱい一緒にクッキンしようね・・・

　
　我が家の子供達（ノア、リント、ココ）の三人が丸めたお餅　ボコボコで形も不揃いだけど、お味は抜群！

　もちろん、おやつはお善哉！！

　できるお嫁さん風　お餅のアレンジ
　軽く焼いたお餅に大根おろしをたっぷりかけてポン酢でいただくと最高！！
　この日はパパのために、アボカドをさいころ状に切ったものを添えてみました。上にのせているのはブロッコリースプラウト
削り節、きざみ海苔をのせても美味
　お酒のお供にもどうぞ・・・・
