Aug. 20th Mashi-Mashi (Extra large)

I'm of two minds whether eating before training or after, whenever I work out .
Today, I ate a beef-bowl before training.

Because they say 'An army marches on its stomach'.

I love both 'mashi-mashi red pickled ginger on a bowl' and 'mashi-mashi pectral muscle'.
