自転車がパンクしたときの修理方法（チューブの交換方法）。
実際の自転車のホイールを持ち込んで実践しながらのレクチャー。
下記はそのときの内容。多分いろいろとひどい。
How to fix a flat tire(How to change a bike tube)
Every once in a while, bicycle trouble happens, and many of the trouble is a flat tire.
So you need to know how to fix.
1st step, remove the bicycle wheel from the frame.
2nd, insert this tire lever between the tire and the rim.
Then, pull the lever down, and clip the hook end to the nearest spoke.
Keeping this tire lever in place, repeat this step about a few inches away.
And repeat this step several times, you can finish this step by simply
sliding the lever around the rim.
Pull out the old tube with your hand and discard,
or save it to patch later.
3rd step is very important. You must not forget this step.
Run a hand lightly over the inside of the tire to find
the cause of the flat and remove it.
For example, pointed stone or glass.
If you skip this step, the tire will become flat at once.
When this process finish, put the new tube or fixed tube in the tire.
Working around the wheel with your fingers, push one side of the tire onto the rim.
The tire's edge will seat itself along the inside edge of the wheel's rim.
Once one side of the tire is onto the rim, check that the tube is not
pinched between the edge of the tire and the rim.
If it is, gently pull the tube out from the other side.
Lastly, you put air into the new tube, and put the wheel back on a bike.
