在留資格の取得を容易にしたと言いますが、不当です。

在留資格を容易に取得させたというが、在留資格の付与条件は法律で規定されておらず、
付与条件は未公開で、法務大臣が裁量で付与するものであり、
在留資格を容易にしたとは言えません。

仮に、「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」で在留資格を得たとしても、
入管法２２の４条の４「在留資格取消」で規定するとおり、不法就労とは別個のものです。

仮に「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」で法務大臣より技術や人文国際の在留資格を得たとしても、
技術や人文国際の在留資格の範囲で働いていれば、

不法就労（資格外活動）にならないことは自明の理です。
したがって在留資格の取得と不法就労とは何ら関係のないものす。

彼等が不法就労者になったのは、働く資格のない在留資格の外国人を、
雇用して、働かせた事業者の責任であることは自明の理であります。

自国の鉄鉱石と石炭を使って生産するからである。労賃が高いのは理解するが日本だって高い。
原因は、設備が古く生産効率が悪くて原価高になっているのだろう。
大統領は鉄鋼業の経営者に、競争力のある設備、生産方式の投資を急がせるべきである。
アメリカの製造業は「根」が腐っているので輸入規制だけでは復活しない。
ロス、コーンの両氏は、議会との交渉力を強化すべきです。

　日本の人権問題にも関心を持ってください。
日本は不法就労する外国人と、彼ら雇用した者を平等に厳しく処分する法律になっていますが、
