よって、警察官らの行為は、刑法１９４条特別公務員職権濫用罪に該当します。

起訴状の訴因は、行政処分である、入管法22条の４－４の幇助行為を指摘しています。

ですから、警察官は「一般論で犯罪を認めろと言って自白を強要します」。
検察官は「私は偉いのです。
罪を認めれば罰金刑、認めなければ懲役刑にすると言って自白を強要します」。

どこの国に、一般論で処罰する国がありますか？。

日本だって憲法31条により「罪刑法定主義」の国家です。

日本は、検察官に「起訴独占権」を与えていますので、
検察が「起訴状」「告発状」を受理しない限り、刑事事件として裁判ができません。
司法行政によるナチスのような国家です。

この適用法誤りが理解できないのが国会議員です。
もはや日本は法治国家ではありません。ですから国際社会の支援が必要なのです。

「白人至上主義」に反対するデモに４万人の市民が集まり、
人種差別やトランプ政権の対応に抗議の声をあげた。
ポートランドやダラスでも「白人主義」への抗議のために各１千人が集まったという。

トランプ大統領はデモ終了後、
ツイッターで「ボストンでは反警察の扇動者が多かったようだ」と抗議デモを批判し、
警察や市長の対応を称賛した。

ただその１時間後には「偏見と憎悪に抗議したデモ参加者を称賛したい。
我が国はもうすぐ１つになる」と正反対の主張を展開した。どちらがトランプ氏の本心かは不明。

大統領にとって、白人労働者の保守的な心情に配慮しなければ、
再選に向けた基盤は危うくなるとの思惑があるとの思いでしょうが、
白人を含めてアメリカの国民の多くは人種差別をあらわにする「白人至上主義」に反対していると思います。

早く、アメリカ国民に対して、本心を示して「人権を大事にする行動」で大統領の真意を示すべきです。

そうでなければ、全米でデモが多発し、政権批判はやまず、国民融和の兆しは見えないと思います。
大統領は孤立が一層深まります。

日本の移民に関する人権問題を支援することで、
「人権」に対する大統領の真意を示してください。

日本は不法就労する外国人と、彼ら雇用した者を平等に厳しく処分する法律になっていますが、
不法に外国人だけを刑事処分しています。これは、日本法だけでなく国際法違反です。
