よって、検察官らの行為は、刑法１７２条虚偽告訴罪に該当します。

起訴状の訴因は、行政処分である、入管法22条の４－４の幇助行為を指摘しています。
ですから、警察官は「一般論で犯罪を認めろと言って自白を強要します」。
この適用法誤りが理解できないのが国会議員です。
もはや日本は法治国家ではありません。ですから国際社会の支援が必要なのです。
