「施設」は逃げられない「構造」になっている。ですから、当然です。知ってましたか？
「閉じ込める刑」と「労働の刑」。どちらの「刑」が「苦しい」と思いますか。
刑務所の「実態」を知らない人は、「閉じ込める刑」より、「労働の刑」だと思うでしょう。
しかし「閉じ込める刑」となった者は「労働の刑」を選びます。なぜでしょうか。
（裁判で「閉じ込める刑」となった者は、自分で「労働の刑」を「選択」できます。）
「労働の刑」は「労働」の「結果」として「製品」を販売します。これがいくらと思いますか？
当然、「販売価格」１円以上はありますが、「原価計算」すれば「巨額の赤字」です。
「天文学的」な赤字です。
理由は売上に比べて「原価」が「巨額」なのです。刑務所の維持管理の「保守費用」・・・・
なんといっても「刑務官」の「人件費」が巨額です。
「コスト意識」が全くないからです。
なんのために、刑務所で「罰する」ための「労働」をさせるのでしょうか。
国家は「受刑者」のために「税金」を「どのくらい」使っているのでしょうか。
「受刑者」の「給与」は、最初は月額で７００円くらいです。
１年後でも月額で１０００円くらいです。
だから「罰する」ための「労働」でなく「税金」の「消費」です。
工場での「作業」の「習い方」です。
「”技術”の”指導”を、”お願いします”」。
この言い方は間違っています。刑務官は怒ります。
「技術」ではなくて「作業」と、言うのです。
「作業」の「指導者」は「熟練」した「同じ受刑者」です。
「指導者」は「腕章」をして「幹部席」に座っています。
「刑務官」は「監視」しているだけです。
