米国の好景気に見放された町「ラストベルト」、「4年前と今、あなたの生活が豊かなのはどっち？」。「ラストベルト」の「労働者」を救うのは中国の生物兵器である「新型コロナウィルス」だ。

第1部。彼らの答えです「失業率はとても低いと言われているが、あるのは条件の悪い仕事ばかり。
家族をどのように「養っていけば」いいのか、、、不安だ」。
4年前、トランプ大統領は「製造業の復活」を約束して当選した。
しかし、急速な株価の上昇や、歴史的な失業率の低さの中でも人々の生活は苦しい。
彼らがトランプ支持を離れる動きも見逃せない。

取材班は2019年12月初め、アメリカ中西部にあるミシガン州グランドラピスを訪れた。
「ラストベルト」と呼ばれる地域です。
市内から車で20分も走ると、そこには工業地帯が広がっている。
しかし、幹線道路沿いに「For Sale」（売り出し中）の看板をいくつか目にした。
閉鎖に追い込まれた工場が売り出されているのだ。

トランプ大統領の約束は「嘘」だった。
急速なの株価の上昇や歴史的な失業率の低さは、中国との貿易取引で支えられている。
つまり、中国との貿易赤字で支えられている。
しかし「救世主」が現れた。
中国が開発した「生物兵器」である「新型コロナウィルス」です。
中国の製造業は「新型コロナウィルス」で崩壊する。
既に企業は、中国からの撤退をすすめている。
米国企業も中国から撤退をせざるを得ないだろう。
米国企業は「特別地帯」に工場を戻すべきだ。

そうなれば、
「ラストベルト」の工場は、製品を「特別地帯」の工場へ出荷することで繁栄します。
これが米国の「製造業の復活」だ！。
これは「米国大統領」の仕事だ。
「米国大統領」を「選ぶ権利は「ラストベルト」の「労働者」です。
中国は「コロナウィルス」で、米国産の農産物を購入できないだろう。
米国の農産物は米国で消費すべきです。

第2部。欧米諸国に求められているのは「経済成長」です。
「GDP」をアップするには「移民」が必要です。
米国は過剰農産物の消費を増大するために「移民」が必要です。
中国の工場を米国に戻すため「中国のような工業団地」が必要です。
欧米諸国は中国に頼らない経済政策が必要です 。
貧民の問題を解決して先進国と後進国が強調する「平和な地球を実現」をすることです。

「特別地帯」では、
１）アメリカはメキシコとの国境沿いに「特別地帯」を建設することを私は「提案」しています。
２）欧州をはじめ、各国にも「特別地帯」を建設することを提案します。
３）「米国の特別地帯」は同盟国の戦略工場です。
４）「特別地帯」に貧民（不法移民）や難民を「暫定移民」として受け入れます。
５）「暫定移民」の「生活の範囲」は「特別地帯」に限定します。
６）「同盟国の企業」は「特別地帯」に労働集約型の工場を建設します。
７）工場の労働者の多くは「暫定移民」です。彼らは「技能研修生」や「単純労働者」として働きます。
８）「暫定移民」は一定期間を「特別地帯」で働いて、安全な移民であると「認定」した者は、
「労働移民」として各国で自由に労働できます。

第３部。日本政府の人権侵害による被害者を支援してください。
自由世界の繁栄は、自由と民主そして「法の下で支配」されることで「実現」されます。
私は真剣に「法の支配」を求めています。
「入管法の違反」の「違法な処罰」により世界で多くの被害者がいます。

This area is called the "last belt".
A 20-minute drive from the city leads to an industrial area.

Trump's promise was a "lie."
The rapid rise in stock prices and the low historical unemployment rate are supported by trade with China.
In other words, it is supported by a trade deficit with China.
But the "Savior" has appeared.
It is a "new coronavirus" which is a "biological weapon" developed by China.
China's manufacturing industry collapses with the "new coronavirus."
Companies are already withdrawing from China.
US companies will have to withdraw from China.
US companies should return factories to "special zones."

If so,
"Last belt" factories thrive by shipping their products to "special zone" factories.
This is the "revival of the manufacturing industry" in the United States! .
This is the job of the "US President".
The right to “choose” the “US President” is the “worker” of the “last belt”.
China will not be able to buy U.S. agricultural products for "coronavirus."
US agricultural products should be consumed in the United States.

It will continue tomorrow.

Part 2. What is required of Western countries is “economic growth”.
"Immigration" is necessary to improve "GDP".
The United States needs "emigrants" to increase consumption of excess agricultural products.
To return a Chinese factory to the United States, an "industrial park like China" is needed.
Western countries need economic policies that do not rely on China.
It is to solve the problem of the poor and to "realize a peaceful earth" emphasized by developed 
and underdeveloped countries.

"Special Zones"
1) I "propose" that the United States will build a "special zone" along the border with Mexico.
2) We propose to build "special zones" in countries including Europe.
3) US Special Zones are strategic factories of allies.
4) Accept the poor (illegal immigrants) and refugees as "provisional immigrants" in the "special zone".
5) The “range of life” of “provisional immigrants” is limited to “special zones”.
6) Allied companies will build labor-intensive factories in special zones.
7) Most of the workers in the factory are "interim migrants". They work as "skill trainees" or "simple workers".
8) "Temporary immigrants" work in "special zones" for a certain period of time,

The prosperity of the free world is "realized" by freedom, democracy and "rule under the law."
